Many education and training policies and policies have been introduced in order to comprehensively innovate and improve the quality of this highquality human resource training. Especially, improving the quality of English teaching and learning at training institutions, in which specialized English plays an important role. This study specifies the rationale for teaching and learning specialized English and specialized English teaching activities at Vietnamese training institutions, from there apply to teach at the University of Transport and Communications in Ho Chi Minh City (UTC.HCMC).

However, the actual teaching of mathematics in high schools of Vietnam does not clearly reflect this. There are many difficulties in making mathematical problems related to real life. This article analyzes some of the difficulties in creating mathematical problems that relate to real life. This article also shows the importance of designing learning situations which create opportunities for students to propose problems related to real life arising from original problems in pure mathematics. Using a constructivist approach, our experimental results show that students are able to connect the mathematics they have learned to many practical situations. The results also show improvement in students’ mathematical experience by solving problems related to real life.

Mangroves occur in transitional zones between terrestrial and marine habitats with a geographical distribution extending between 33 N and 38 S latitude (Horgarth, 1999). They strive in a very dynamic and harsh environment (Lugo and Snedaker, 1974; Hutchings and Saenger, 1987; McKee, 1996). Although this shallow transition region between the land and the ocean represents only 5% of the earth's surface, it is one of the most geochemically and biologically active areas in the biosphere (Twilley et al., 1992). The most significant and distinctive feature of this coastal area is water-logging, which causes more or less anoxia, strongly affecting the growth of mangroves. Additionally, due to inundation by sea water, mangroves typically flourish in an environment with unusually high salinity. Some species even grow in hypersaline conditions close to 90ppt (sea water = 35ppt) (Hogarth, 1999; Lovelock and Ball, 2002). However, mangroves are very well-adapted morphologically and physiologically to this inhospitable environment (Ball,

Though being not a great market as compared with China, Japan, Indonesia in the Far East, Vietnam still attracted many European empires by an abundant quantity of merchandise as well as a strategic position on the international trade route. The Portuguese, Dutch, British and French respectively represented themselves in Vietnam, with somewhat different interests, paying much attempts to establish a stronghold for trade there. Nonetheless, their trade in Vietnam had become feeble since the end of 17th century. That was explained by several reasons.
