Effect of Job Stress on Job Burnout of Early Childhood Education Teachers

Teachers, particularly those employed in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) system, suffer from ... more Teachers, particularly those employed in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) system, suffer from physical and mental stress. The combination of an excessive workload and a lack of appreciation leads to job burnout and job discontent. Over 70% of ECE teachers worldwide report feeling burned out at work. It is necessary to look into the causes of stress and how it affects teacher work burnout. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between occupational stress and burnout among Early childhood education teachers. The current study, which mostly focused on ECE teachers and their difficulties associated with occupations, studied the impact of work stress on job burnout. Through the use of a questioner and the cluster sampling technique, information was gathered from 100 ECE teachers. The findings of this study will assist in understanding the problems and stress experienced by ECE teachers and in developing a plan to improve their working conditions.

Effective time management is associated with greater academic performance and lower levels of anxiety in students however, many students find it hard to find a balance between their studies and their day-to-day lives. This article examines the self-reported time management behavior of students on the basis of gender at the university level. The study was conducted to find out the time management skills on the basis of gender. A population of 528 students male and female of education department enrolled at session 2021 NUML university Islamabad is the population. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS. Disproportionate random sampling technique were applied. The findings reveal that male have great time management skills then females.

The study was conducted to find out the need of emotional intelligence and stability of teachers ... more The study was conducted to find out the need of emotional intelligence and stability of teachers and students in the classroom at the secondary level. A sample of 294 students and 114 teachers from different male and female schools were selected. Data were collected the data through a questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale and interview guide. Data were analyzed through SPSS. Stratified sampling technique and Consecutive sampling technique were applied. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between teachers' teaching competency and their emotional intelligence. The study also indicated that emotional intelligence and stability are not influenced by gender. The results identify that teachers' emotional intelligence and stability have a great effect on students’ academic performance.
