With the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic the educational system has drastically declined from its n... more With the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic the educational system has drastically declined from its normal mode of operation. At this juncture, information technology has played a vital role to minimise the impact of disruption in education of students through introduction of online teaching as a medium. A system of e-repository implementation in the colleges will mitigate the disruption as an alternative medium, where students can access without any need for internet connection within the campus. The major objective of the study is to determine the implementation of the e-repository has an impact on successful e-learning. For this purpose, a structured questionnaire was distributed among 478 teaching faculties from various Arts and Science colleges in Tamil Nādu using the facilities of e-learning to verify the success of the model of e-repository used. The results of the structural equation modelling reveal that there is a correlation between Critical Success Factors and Staff Adaptability Factors (0.301) at 1% level of significance, the study also concludes that staff adaptability factors play a significant factor in successful e-learning process.

Currently, large industries like garments, Textile and Leather industries in India have intereste... more Currently, large industries like garments, Textile and Leather industries in India have interested to implement CSR activities. Hence, this study examined the causal relationship between stakeholders' and CSR implementation in leather footwear industries based on employees' perceptions. After reviewing several works of literature we developed CSR implementation measurements. For analysis of CSR implementation, a total of 891 respondents were taken from leather footwear industries of Vellore District in Tamil Nadu. Then we applied frequency, percentage, Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model for this data analysis. The empirical result showed that environment, customer, owner/shareholder, community have a significant positive effect on CSR implementation in leather footwear industries. However, it was also confirmed that employees have a negative significant effect on CSR implementation. Consider identified evidence of determinant factors of CSR implementation, managers of leather footwear industries should take actions to improve CSR implementation and to alleviate those problems.

Development of rural areas is one of the prime areas to develop the nation, because the majority ... more Development of rural areas is one of the prime areas to develop the nation, because the majority of the Indian population resides in the rural areas. Poverty, Unemployment and vulnerable livelihood occurs as an obstacle in faster development of rural areas especially in denser population country like India. To remove such factors in development regression, Government of India initiated by launching National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) scheme in the year 2011with RBI guideline to regulate all the banking sector in India. This paper attempts to study the performance of the scheme by analysing the savings, loan disbursement and loan outstanding of Self Help Groups through Cooperative banks in Vellore district of Tamilnadu. The data was collected for 5 years from 2015-16 to 2019-20 for analysis. Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) and year-to-year increase percentage are computed. The results reveal that the scheme was partial success during the study period due to various reasons such as lack of cooperation from the local project directors of the scheme and banks, demonetization and so on.

NRLM's mandate is to reach out to all the poor families, link them to sustainable livelihoods opportunities and nurture them till they come out of poverty and enjoy a decent quality of life. The present study finds out the impact of NRLM motives on the sustainable livelihood. A structured questionnaire were distributed among the 513 self help groups in Tirupattur district for data collection. The results of the study reveals that there is a positive significant relationship between NRLM motives and Sustainable livelihood.
