Background and Purpose: The aim of this study was to provide a Model for Education of Entrepreneu... more Background and Purpose: The aim of this study was to provide a Model for Education of Entrepreneur Students in Elementary. Metod: The statistical population in the qualitative section includes experts in the field of entrepreneurship and in the small part of the managers and experts of the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province and entrepreneurship faculty of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship of Tehran University in 1397 (N = 684).Sample size in the qualitative section was estimated based on the data saturation principle (10 people) and in the quantitative section 297 people were estimated based on Cochran formula. A qualitative sampling was used to select the sample in the qualitative section and in the quantitative section a stratified sampling was used. The data collection tool was a qualitative, semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative section. The face validity of the questionnaire was verified through trial and content validity through expert judgment and convergent validity through the calculation of the mean of the variance extracted. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha for the whole questionnaire of 0.84. To analyze the data in the qualitative section, open and axial coding and in the quantitative part of the AVE, AVE, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and t-tests were used. Results: The results obtained to identify 6 dimensions and 41 indicators led to the naming of the following: individual, social, economic, structural, behavioral, and environmental. In addition, 9 methods, 7 infrastructure and 7 requirements were also identified for the development of entrepreneurial students through this model. Conclusion: Other results showed that the current status of the dimensions, indicators and methods, infrastructure and requirements for the education of the student is lower than the average of the society. 21 The executive mechanism was also developed to educate entrepreneurial students in the elementary degree agreed upon by a sample of research. Model 6 includes a philosophy and objectives of the model, theoretical foundations, dimensions and indicators, infrastructures and requirements, and the implementation mechanism for raising entrepreneurship in the elementary school, and its degree of appropriateness was 95 percent confirmed by experts.

Background: Although nursing education in Iran has a positive growth and trend, but it faces chal... more Background: Although nursing education in Iran has a positive growth and trend, but it faces challenges that the existence of these challenges makes it more important to pay attention to evaluation. The aim of this study was to provide a model for improving the evaluation of nursing education in nursing units of Islamic Azad University. Materials and methods: The present study was a qualitative study conducted using the Foundation's data method. Participants in this study were based on the rule and principle of theoretical saturation who were selected by targeted sampling. The data collection method was semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed using three-step coding and a comparative method of Strauss and Corbin. Results: The dimensions of the model of improving nursing education evaluation in Islamic Azad Universities were identified in 6 dimensions, including "central phenomenon", "causal conditions", "contextual conditions", "strategies", "intervening factors" and " outcomes". The tools and methods of evaluation were the central phenomenon. Faculty members, educational facilities, student conditions, and the university's organizational structure were the causal factors influencing the central phenomenon. The educational system, legal contexts, social factors and the labor market were considered as the contextual conditions. Interventional factors included organizational and motivation. Strategies included human resource development management and the application of successful assessment models, and the end result of the research was to improve the status of nursing education. Conclusion: There are countless requirements for the effectiveness of nursing assessment. Providing these conditions can improve the effectiveness of current assessment by policymakers.

Background: Nurses need to be lifelong learners to provide care, efficiently, and apply the art o... more Background: Nurses need to be lifelong learners to provide care, efficiently, and apply the art of care, in a context of rapid change in knowledge and technology. Lifelong learning is an indicator of professionalism for health care professionals. A study of creating a lifelong learning culture for nurses is a necessity. This study aimed to identify the basis of lifelong learning for nursing education in the field of "education system". Materials and methods: This study was based on grounded theory approach and purposeful sampling method with open-ended semi-structured interviews on 19 nursing scholars and professors who had a PhD in nursing and medical education. According to Strauss and Corbin's method, the data were collected, analyzed and interpreted simultaneously and analyzed by continuous comparative method for validation and the acceptance of data a collaborator check and external observer were used. Results: By analyzing the viewpoints of participants, the basis of lifelong learning in the field of educational system had three main areas, including "policies, curricula and assessment system, and teaching-learning methods". They became the main category of characteristics in the educational system. Conclusion: Regarding the necessity of education with the a lifelong learning approach for nursing students, policy makers in the field of health and nursing, planners and administrators of nursing schools can develop effective strategies with the aid of factors identified in this study.

Objectives: The present study aimed to identify the dimensions and components of quality improvement of education and rural health workers in Hormozgan, Iran. Methods: The current applied-descriptive study reviewed education and improvement of rural healthcare workers (called “behvarz” in Persian) based on document study and Delphi methods. To this end, 10 researchers in the fields of rural healthcare workers, health experts, and skilled rural health workers were asked to participate. The sampling was based on the snowball method; the data were obtained and refined through the fuzzy Delphi method. The aim of this study was to investigate the social emotional safety of elementary schools in Dis... more The aim of this study was to investigate the social emotional safety of elementary schools in District 16 of Tehran as one of components of safe schools. In this survey research, among all elementary school teachers in the District 16 of Tehran (420 people), 201 persons were studied in a random classified way based on Cochran's formula. In order to collect the desired data, the researcher-built questionnaire was used. This questionnaire measured aspect of social emotional safety. The face validity was confirmed through an experimental and content implementation by the judgment of experts and a comprehensive literature review and also reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha that it was obtained 0.792 for questionnaire of social emotional security showing acceptable reliability of the questionnaire. Methods : First, the indexes of 29 global ranking systems were studied and analyzed using content analysis method. The data of this study were collected through semi-structured interviews with 13 experts and commanders in late 2020. The statistical population of this research was all experts, commanders and employees of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of education. In this research, to determine the dimensions and components of quality of in-service training, the opinions of experts and commanders related to this field were used. 6 dimensions and components were identified, respectively the dimensions of the program - content, approaches and methods of training, training space, facilities and Training equipment, schedule, transfer of training - implementation of the learned.
