Pooja Dangol

Pooja Dangol is a Certified Teaching, Training and Development Professional, an MBA graduate from Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM), who has worked in national and multinational companies of Nepal. She has over five years of professional experience in the field of Training Need Assessment and Organizational Development.

Her expertise comprises identifying organizational gaps, conducting competency assessment, research and developing training framework and conducting training programs as per the results. She also has experience designing Human Resource and Organizational Development strategies – revamping organizational structure, developing SOPs, Workforce planning, designing training programs and conducting training assessment for monitoring and evaluation.

Pooja has provided Management and Leadership training programs as a trainer in profit as well as non-profit organizations such as Chaudhary Group, Mega Mart, Himalayan General Insurance, Debajyoti Group, CBM International, BYAN, Shantigriha Nepal, Save the Children and AWBN.

Ms. Dangol is handling training and consulting projects to develop skills and competency of human resource to increase the productivity and profitability of different organizations.

The sample included 132 employees of Nepal of various industries. Data was collected using structured questionnaires. Statistical tools such as frequency distribution, mean score, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyse data and was presented using tables. The findings of this research study will help in implementing strategies to improve organisational effectiveness. This research gives significant contribution to organisations by providing a detailed status of factors that enhance the productivity of the business and in what areas does improvement is needed.
