Success or failure of a company depends on the ability of human resources in carrying out the work given. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment, Compensation, Job Stress on performance partially as well as the influence of Work environment, Compensation, Job Stress mediated by morale. This type of research is a causal associative using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all of Inco Sorowako Hospital employees totaling 157 people. The sampling technique is a saturated sample. Techniques of collecting research data in the form of questionnaires and observations, as well as various data related to the research. The method of analysis used in this research is path analysis. The results showed that work environment, compensation, and work stress significantly influence work morale. The spirit of work has a significant effect on employee performance. While the work environment, compensation, and job stress significantly affect employee performance by mediating morale.

This research was conducted at Bank Mega Regional Makassar by taking information from permanent employees who have worked for more than 3 (three) years using a questionnaire, with a total sample of 158 employees. The data were analyzed using a quantitative approach and processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The population of this study is a Prudential Life Assurance agent consisting of 8 branch offices in Makassar with a total sample of 90 agents. Data collection is done through questionnaires using simple random techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS 2.0 as a data processing software. The objectives of this research are: (1) to find out the comparison of TKW life before and after ... more The objectives of this research are: (1) to find out the comparison of TKW life before and after becoming TKW, (2) to know and to examine the problems faced by former TKW, the analytical method used is a qualitative method by using Forum Group Discussion (FGD). The results of the research are: (1) the economic condition of the ex-migrant workers after no longer TKW economic condition is short of 62.56%, enough as much as 12.16%, both as much as 4.25% and better as much as 21.62% of all respondents. (2) problems faced by ex-migrant workers, among others: (1) Economic condition returning to the period before leaving for TKW. (2) There is no concern from the government towards the migrant workers who are no longer TKW, (3) the difficulty of finding employment or business field in their own country, (4) Physical which no longer guarantees them to keep working as TKW. (5)Lack of appreciation given by the government after they are no longer TKW. (6) Their trauma to become TKW again. (7) Unstable economic conditions in the State of Indonesia. (8) The quality of human resources is still low.(9) High cost or cost to become TKW. (10) Often used as an object of dispute by the government at home and abroad. (11) Ineffective protection for migrant workers working overseas in obtaining a sense of security and comfort in working. How the former TKW overcome the problem by opening their own business, working in the agricultural sector, so housekeepers and so forth. The Government's way to overcome the problem of ex-migrant workers by providing business capital and empowerment in the economic sector.

This new perspective is known as Service Dominant Logic. Along with this transition, the company develops the concept of co-creation with its customers so that the resulting products can meet customer desires. The purpose of this research is to build a conceptual framework of the effects of mediation of customer expertise in relation between customer education and co-creation on Higher Education (HE). Earlier studies suggested that there are several variables of the consumer resources that have a direct effect on co-creation. Among them are customer education, skills, experience, ideas, etc. But mostly researched in the context of manufacturing industry. There is still a little research of co-creation in the field of education services industry.

The data collected from 89 respondents using questionnaires given to 8 bureaus. On the basis of the findings, it indicated that competencies positively and significantly affect employee performance, but showing insignificant results when linking to service quality. Interestingly, information systems and motivation show a positive coefficient, but insignificant scores on employee performance and service quality.
