Socialization is a primary process to facilitate work adjustment for new employees or employees taking new roles. It typically includes early learning and adjustments after organizational entry. This process is entirely controlled neither by the organization, nor by the individual. This paper considers the effectiveness of socialization related to employees ’ commitment to their organizations, their level of satisfaction, negative turnover ratio, and performance and productivity. With reference to research evidence, that we have studied both from Human Resource Departments ’ (HRDs’) and employees ’ point of view on the basis of a questionnaire survey, we have found that socialization has impact on employees ’ performance and productivity, motivation, negative turnover ratio, and organizational stability.

Sigma70 (σ70) is one of the most important promoter sequences due to it’s presence in most of the DNA regulatory functions. In this thesis work, we have identified the most effective and optimal sequence-based features for prediction of σ70 promoter sequences in a bacterial genome. We have used both shortrange and long-range DNA sequences in our proposed method. A very small number of effective features have been selected from a large number of the extracted features using different sized multi-window within the DNA sequences. We call our prediction method iPro70-FMWin and have made it freely accessible online via a web application established at http://ipro70.pythonanywhere.com/server for the sake of convenience of the researchers. We have tested our method using a standard benchmark dataset. In the experiments, iPro70-FMWin has achieved an area under the curve of the...

A non-random convenience sampling method was used to select 138 animals from 40 farmers/herds. The eggs per gram of faeces (epg) for nematodes and trematodes were determined by McMaster and Stoll`s methods respectively. Animal-level and herd-level data were recorded by means of a questionnaire. Multicollinearity amongst explanatory variables were assessed using 2×2 X2 test and one variable in a pair was dropped if P?0.05 for multiple logistic regression models. Association study between outcomdels. explanatory variables was conducted using classification tree, random forests and multiple logistic regression. A positive epg was considered as infected. Analyses were performed using STATA(R), version 8.0/Intercrmled and R(R), Version 2.3.0. Seventy eight percent (78%) of the cattle were found to be infected wit...

This paper titled “HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is basically concerned with managing the Administrator of HUMAN RESOURCE Department in an organization. HRMS (Human Resource Management System) mainly works in two parts. One is with system i.e. HR activities and another is with the process with the information technology field where's the data processing systems originated into enterprise resource planning. The main purpose of this study is to curtail the effort of Administrator to keep daily events alike as attendance, projects, works, appointments, etc. This study concerns with the process of classify employees, recording their attendance hourly and calculating their impressive payable hours or days. This study should preserve the records of each and every employee and their time spend in to company, which can be used for performance assessment.

Sera from 300 goats were tested by Rose bengal test (RBT), plate agglutination test (PAT), tube agglutination test (TAT) and mercaptoethanol test (MET). Out of the 300 goats, 1.670% (n=5) were positive to RBT and PAT respectively, and 2.0% (n=6) were positive to TAT and 2.33% (n=7) were positive to MET. The prevalence of brucellosis was bigger in goats reared collectively (n=2, 4%) than reared individually (n=5, 2%), and bigger in goats housed with concrete floor (n=2, 4%) than that of bare floor (n=5, 2%). The rate of brucellosis was higher in goats keep separately (n=6, 2.61%) than that of kept with other animals (n=1, 1.43%) especially with cattle. Out of 290 goats from free grazing, 7 were positive but no positive reactor(n=10) was found in non grazing goats. In conclusion, howev...

A total of 200 sera samples were collected from BAU Veterinary Clinic, from BAU Dairy Farm and Vabokhali. Among the sera samples 143 sera samples were collected from BAU Veterinary Clinic, 42 sera samples from BAU Dairy Farm and 15 sera samples from Vabokhali. Sera were separated from blood samples and tested with specific Brucella abortus antigen (BAA) test and B. melitensis antigen (BMA) test. The overall seroprevalence of brucellosis in cattle was found in cattle is 5% in BAA and 0.5% in BMA. It is observed that, a significant higher prevalence of B. abortus was found in female than male. An insignificant higher prevalence of brucellosis was found in adult cattle (aged above 5 years), in cross breed cattle, in cattle with grazing, cattle breed by natural bree...

Samples were collected from naturally infected AI suspected domestic and semi-domestic birds of five different outbreak areas in Bangladesh. From each area two birds were selected for sampling, and from each bird three types of samples (tracheal, cloacal and oro-nasal swabs) were collected. A total of 210 field samples from a total of 70 birds were collected and tested using AI and NDV combo antigen rapid diagnostic kits in the study. All three different samples from a bird showed similar pattern of reaction. Out of 210 samples, 15 samples (5 birds), 63 samples (21 birds) and 27 samples (9 birds) were positive for AIV, NDV and both for AIV and NDV, respectively; whereas the remaining birds were...

In order to compare these transformations, an extensive simulation study is conducted. The transformations are also applied to empirical data. Based on the simulation study and real-data applications, it can be concluded that the transformation which yields the values of the independent variable in the range of [-1,1] is the most effective in reducing collinearity, and allows the fitting of high-degree polynomial to data sets.

Total 93 ophthalmologists responded to the study. Most of the ophthalmologist were seeing the patients with red eye (40.9%), ocular trauma (40.9%), acute infections and inflammations (35.5%), and vision loss (31.2%). 80.6% responder informed that they wear Mask, gloves, and head cap during patient evaluation. 51.6% used Personal protection equipment. 55.9% used a breath shield with the slit lamp settings. 60.4% maintained hand wash, and disinfectant facilities for the patients. 85.7% ophthalmologist had ensured for wearing the mask to all patients before entering the examination and consultancy room. 86% ophthalmologist of our study had performed their surgeries for ophthalmic emergency.Wearing mask is an i...
