The research is carried out on a sample of 82 farmers from the Souss-Massa region (Morocco). The results from the estimation of a binary logit model show that the variables: Age, level of education, non-farm income, perceived utility, possession of a computer, farm size, access to credit, ease of use, influence the probability of adoption of new irrigation technologies among farmers. The theoretical and managerial implications of this research are discussed.

While we are witnessing the emergence of a literature dedicated to the adoption of new technologies, this theme still suffers from a lack of consensus on its conceptualization. Based on the prisma statement method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes), the objective is to carry out a review of the systemic literature in order to identify the main factors of adoption of the technologies of precision agriculture over the past ten years. The results show that individual factors are the most empirically identified as determining factors in the adoption of precision agriculture technologies. That said, the farmer is at the center of the adoption decision. Perceived utility is the factor most identified in the literature as the determinant of adoption.

The entrepreneurship appears as a credible solution to maintain this category in working, what will allow to create jobs and to strengthen the growth. Based an exploratory qualitative study, this article aims to study the entrepreneurial process of the Moroccan- engineers-entrepreneurs. More exactly, we shall try to understand how these people spreads in entrepreneurship. Based on effectuation theory of entrepreneurship was proposed by Saras Sarasvathy, the results reveal that the seniors Moroccan entrepreneurs proceed with an effectual logic. They start with their means, by defining acceptable losses, by favoring the strategic partnerships, by being opened on the surprises and by creating their own universe. ABSTRACT : Based on qualitative research, this article aims to study the entrepreneurial motivation of 12 Moroccan engineers who resigned to start their own business. The results of the textual analysis of the case allow to identify a set of push and pull motivation factors. The most important result of this study is the emergence of a new factor, the "degree of utilization of skills" as an entrepreneurial motivation. Also, the results of our research show the importance of the "role model" and "entrepreneurial self-efficacy" in the entrepreneurial decision. Given these results, several recommendations will be presented and the research track will be offered.

The results issued from hierarchical regression analyses, which were applied on a sample of 376 executive-engineers show that the intensity of the relation between the entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control, and the entrepreneurial intention varies according to perceived overqualification. The theoretical and managerial implications of this research will be presented, and avenues of research will be proposed.

The results stemming from analyses of hierarchical regressions realized on a sample of 376 executives-engineers show that the entrepreneurial intention decreases with the increase of the age. The results also show the moderating role of the age between the entrepreneurial intention and its antecedents (Attitude to the behavior and the perceived control). Indeed, it emerges from our study that the entrepreneurial intention is more guided by the "attitude toward behavior" for the young employees than at the seniors, whereas the entrepreneurial intention is more guided by the "perceived control" for the seniors than at the young employees. The theoretical and managerial implications of this research will be presented, and avenues of research will be proposed.
