Rendahnya perilaku kepatuhan para pedagang dalam memakai masker juga terlihat pada saat observasi awal 90% pedagang tidak menggunakan masker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kepatuhan pedagang dalam penggunaan masker di Pasar Al Mahirah Lamdingin Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif Analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pedagang di Pasar Al Mahirah Lamdingin berjumlah 87 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proposional random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat, dengan uji statistik chi square. Particularly, Aceh is one of the provinces with a high smoking prevalence as well as a high number of smokers. This study aimed to determine the factors that inhibit smoking cessation among outpatients who visit the pulmonology clinic at Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital in Banda Aceh. This study uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study is all patients who visit the pulmonology clinic at Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital in Banda Aceh, who are active smokers. The total sample is 65 respondents selected using the accidental sampling method. They are role model who is seen as continuing religious teachings. In direct observation, the researcher saw that there were religious teachers smoking behavior, it would be a bad role model for the students, where the students would imitate their teachers to become new smokers and turn those around them into passive smokers. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological design. The participants in this study were 10 teaching staff. The focus of research is knowledge of the dangers of smoking, religious law factors, environmental factors, information media factors, cultural factors, and government policy factors. The results showed that the religious teachers in modern and traditional dayah understood the dangers of smoking for health, economy and the environment, but not followed by non-smoking behavior. WHO reported that there are 1.2 billion people who use tobacco products worldwide and 800 million... more WHO reported that there are 1.2 billion people who use tobacco products worldwide and 800 million of them are in developing countries. Indonesia is currently ranked 3rd with the largest number of smokers in the world after China and India [1]. In 2007, Indonesia was ranked as the 5th largest cigarette consumer after China, the United States, Russia, and Japan. The increasing amount of cigarette consumption has an impact on the higher burden of diseases caused by smoking and the increase in mortality rates. By 2030 it is estimated that the death rate of smokers in the world will reach 10 million people and 70% of them come from developing countries [2]. Nowadays, 50% of deaths due to smoking occur in developing countries. If this trend continues, around 650 million people will be killed by cigarettes, of which half are of productive age and will potentially lose their lives (life loss) by 20 to 25 years [2]. Meanwhile, in developed countries, the mortality rate due to tobacco consumption actually declined from 2.8 million people to 1.6 million people in the same period [1]. One of the health effort in terms of reducing deaths from cigarettes each year is to limit smokin... more One of the health effort in terms of reducing deaths from cigarettes each year is to limit smoking consumption through increased intention to quit smoking. Basic Health Research Data 2013 shows that the current proportion of smokers in Aceh province is (29.3%) and the proportion according to smoking habit in Nagan Raya is (21.7%) consisting of every day smokers (17.3%) and periodically smokers (4.4%). This study aims to determine the factors that affect the intention to stop smoking in Gampong Kuta Paya Seunagan District Nagan Raya District Year 2015. This research is analytical descriptive with cross sectional design. The data were collected by interview using questionnaire. The population in this study was the entire head of the family who smoked as many as 63 people (Total Sampling). This research was conducted from 27 October to 10 November 2015. Data analysis with Chi Square Test and Logistic Regression. The result of the research shows that the respondent age is less productive (38.1%), respondents work as self-employed (34,9%), respondent earn over UMP (76.2%), respondents smoke filter cigarettes (68.3%) .Respondents had no intention (68.3%), respondents behave negatively (58.7%), respondents with negative normative belief (65.1%), and respondents with no motivation (63.5%). The result of statistic test obtained with no age influence (P Value = 0.109), income (P Value = 1,000), with intention to stop smoking, and there is influence of attitude (P Value = 0.001), normative trust (P Value = 0.010) and motivation (P Value = 0.018) with the intention to stop smoking. Attitude is the most influential to intention (OR = 6.6). This research is expected to be an input / information for health agencies and the public in improving the intention to stop smoking in order to reduce the mortality rate from smoking.

The reason for this is unclear. This study aimed to analyze the risk factors contributed for this. A matched case control study design was conducted in higher cases of filariasis area in Aceh Jaya district. The case group was 59 cases of filariasis, matched with 59 the controls of people who do not suffered from filariasis. Bivariate analysis showed that physical environment, namely the use of wire netting (OR 4:13; 95% CI: 1.76-9.68), house wall construction (OR 3.94; 95% CI : 1.71-9,04), ceiling construction (OR 2.33; 95 CI: 1.10 to 4.92), puddle (OR 2.17; 95% CI: 1.03 to 4.59), bushes (OR = 4.97 95% CI: 2.s19- 11,24), and behavior that is the using of insect repellent (OR 2.59, 95% CI:1.20-5.60) are significantly associated with odd risk of filariasis. Living in a prison has a huge impact on the quality of life (QoL) and mental health, particularly... more Living in a prison has a huge impact on the quality of life (QoL) and mental health, particularly for women. However, the study examined women's QoL in a prison are limited particularly in developing countries, including Indonesia. The majority of women imprisoned in Aceh are due drugs courier, theft, fraud, corruption. Without a better understanding its determinants, it is difficult to deliver an effective and specific program to improve the QoL of women in a prison. This study aimed to analyse the quality of life of female prisoners and their determinants in the Class II B Prison of Lhoknga District, Aceh. Total population of 52 female prisoners was selected for the purpose of this study. Data were collected through interviews using the Measuring the Quality of Prison Life (MQPL) instrument which consist of 129 Likert questions. The analysis was conducted using a simple and multiple logistic regression test. The average age of respondents 36 years with 20% have a lower educational level and the range have been in the prison from 1 month to almost 10 years. More than half of respondents were marriage women. Approximately 52% were in lower level of spirituality. Study found some of 42.3% of them also in lower category of QoL. The analysis showed no significant relationship (p>0.05) between age, education, duration of punishment and marital status to QoL. The Multivariate analysis showed that the level of spirituality is strongly associated with the QoL of female prisoners (p=0.012).This study suggested that spiritual aspects is contribution in raising the quality of life female prisoners encourage them to practise their faith.

The case of pulmonary TB with BTA + at Puskesmas Simpang Tiga in Pidie district is about 60 case at the year of 2014 and incrase to 84 case at 2015. This research is to investigatethe correlation of social support with pulmonary tuberculosis medication adherence with DOTS strategic at Puskesmas Simpang Tiga in Pidie District. This research is based on descriptive analytic with cross sectional design. Tis research sample is made by 80 total sampling. The statistical test used is the Logistic Regression test by using Stat 13. Results showed that 63.75% of respondents who obediently take medicine, 57.50% of respondents with poor emotional support, 57.50% of respondents with good informational support, 52.50% of respondents with good instrumental support, and 51.25 % of respondents with less rewards good support. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained emotional support (OR = 2.1, P value = 0.121), informational support (OR = 3.5, p value = 0.009), instrumental support (OR = 1.6, p value = 0.302), and support award (OR = 0.6, p value = 0.387). The results of the research conclude that the dominant informational support variable affect medication adherence with DOTS strategy on pulmonary TB patientswith the value (OR = 3.5, P value = 0.009).

The Multivariate analysis showed that the level of spirituality is strongly associated with the QoL of female prisoners (p=0.012).This study suggested that spiritual aspects is contribution in raising the quality of life female prisoners encourage them to practise their faith.

The case of pulmonary TB with BTA + at Puskesmas Simpang Tiga in Pidie district is about 60 case at the year of 2014 and incrase to 84 case at 2015. This research is to investigatethe correlation of social support with pulmonary tuberculosis medication adherence with DOTS strategic at Puskesmas Simpang Tiga in Pidie District. This research is based on descriptive analytic with cross sectional design. Tis research sample is made by 80 total sampling. The statistical test used is the Logistic Regression test by using Stat 13. Results showed that 63.75% of respondents who obediently take medicine, 57.50% of respondents with poor emotional support, 57.50% of respondents with good informational support, 52.50% of respondents with good instrumental support, and 51.25 % of respondents with less rewards good support. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained emotional support (OR = 2.1, P value = 0.121), informational support (OR = 3.5, p value = 0.009), instrumental support (OR = 1.6, p value = 0.302), and support award (OR = 0.6, p value = 0.387). The results of the research conclude that the dominant informational support variable affect medication adherence with DOTS strategy on pulmonary TB patientswith the value (OR = 3.5, P value = 0.009).
