One of the strategies developed by DKI Jakarta Provincial authorities, especially at the Department of Population and Civil Registration is the Alpukat Betawi (Direct Access to Fast and Accurate Population Documentation Service) app. This application provides various access to population licensing services and civil registration for residents of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of e-government in the provision of public services within the framework of population administration services. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this study. The data comes from a literature study, the results of observations and interviews. The indicators above provide an explanation about the implementation of technology in the public service system. Service performance, service innovation and service quality are the bases for developing a digital-based administrative service system. These three things give us an explanation that to make innovation in public services, there must be support from various parties, both from government administrators and the community. There is a mutual agreement to encourage innovation, change in the progress of the public service system and the allocation of various human, financial, energy, time, and information resources, adequate infrastructure development and efforts to implement policies or the concept of equity from e-government. The basic point is the competence of human resources. That is, the state administrators must have competencies to use information and communication technology and the government should socialize and provide understanding to the public about modern public service innovations. Program Kartu Prakerja sejatinya merupakan program yang digagas untuk mengurangi tingkat kemiskin... more Program Kartu Prakerja sejatinya merupakan program yang digagas untuk mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan dengan memberikan bantuan dana pelatihan bagi para masyarakat yang terdaftar dalam program ini. Sumber dana pada implementasinya program ini sangat menguras APBN terlebih saat pemerintah tengah memerangi pandemi Covid-19. Dalam program kartu pra-kerja ini juga terjadi kegagalan, yaitu Kegagalan administrasi (Administrative Failure) yang terjadi ketika kebijakan berhasil dirumuskan, tetapi pada implementasinya sangat mahal. Pemerintah melakukan intervensi untuk mengoreksi kegagalan pasar tetapi pada akhirnya menyebabkan kerugian terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi. Dengan kata lain, biaya intervensi lebih besar daripada manfaat yang diberikan. Dan terdapat beberapa indikator untuk menilai kegagalan administrasi terjadi dalam suatu pemerintahan, serta terdapat beberapa kegagalan-kegagalan lainnya dalam implementasi kebijakan program kartu pra-kerja ini. Alokasi anggaran dana yang tinggi tidak dibarengi dengan evaluasi program yang mengindikasikan adanya penyaluran dana yang tidak tepat sasaran dan dana yang tidak digunakan dengan semestinya oleh penerima bantuan, dimana dana yang seharusnya digunakan untuk membeli pelatihan kerja digunakan untuk kebutuhan lain.

Education is the most important aspect for humans to be able to gain knowledge and knowledge in t... more Education is the most important aspect for humans to be able to gain knowledge and knowledge in the process of self-development. Higher education as one of the service managers must also take into account the level of customer satisfaction to be able to carry out lecture activities properly, through quality education services. The research aims to determine the effect of the quality of academic services on the level of student satisfaction in obtaining services at the Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, National University in 2022. This study used a quantitative methodology and data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method. Respondents in this study amounted to 30% of the number of active Public Administration students, which amounted to 121 students. Based on the results of the analysis of descriptive statistical tests, data validity tests, and regression analysis, it can be concluded that Academic Service Quality has a high relationship with Student Satisfaction Level and has a high relationship with a statistically significant effect. Consequently, in this analysis, we accept H1 and reject H0, which indicates that the variable Service Quality (X) has a statistically significant effect on the variable Level of Satisfaction (Y).

Organisasi dapat diartikan sebagai sekumpulan orang yang saling berinteraksi dan bekerja sama unt... more Organisasi dapat diartikan sebagai sekumpulan orang yang saling berinteraksi dan bekerja sama untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) sebagai organisasi sektor publik diharapkan untuk beradaptasi dan berinovasi terhadap perubahan lingkungan atau kondisi yang secara domain diakibatkan oleh adanya perubahan regulasi dan kebijakan pemerintah. Sebagai organisasi publik yang memiliki wewenang dan tugas melakukan tindakan-tindakan pencegahan terhadap munculnya tindak kejahatan korupsi, KPK harus mampu membangun kekuatan internal baik dari sumber daya manusia, saranaprasarana, kinerja dan kekuatan hukum atau regulasi. Undang-Undang KPK Nomor 19 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Kedua UU KPK, menjelaskan bahwa Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi termasuk ranah kekuasaan eksekutif yang sering disebut lembaga pemerintah. Hal ini bermaksud agar kedudukan lembaga KPK menjadi jelas, bahwa KPK merupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan kekuasaan pemerintah yang nantinya akan berdampak pada penindakan korupsi. Terlepas dari berbagai kontroversi mengenai pengesahan UU KPK 2019 ini, yang terkesan melemahkan lembaga KPK. Namun kenyataannya bahwa perubahan UU KPK ini memberikan reformasi dan transformasi kelembagaan di dalam diri KPK yang berimplikasi pada perubahan strategi, yaitu perubahan dari strategi pemberantasan korupsi yang bersifat represif menjadi lebih berfokus pada strategi preventif atau pencegahan korupsi. Hal ini merupakan bagian dari penguatan hukum administrasi negara pada diri lembaga KPK tetapi dalam upaya pelaksanaan dan implementasi UU KPK yang baru, tentu saja membutuhkan kerja sama bukan hanya dari KPK atau lembaga pemerintahan yang lain, akan tetapi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia.

Our method is to conduct interviews and observe tourism locations. And we see the government's response and the community's response in an effort to maximize tourism potential in Labuan Bajo. The method uses normative legal research, examines statutory law and the role of state administrative law. Various efforts to strenghten state administrative law namely, implementing the principles of good governance and a closed system of bureaucracy for the state administrators, such as in carrying out duties and responsibilities; strengthening the law; improving state institutions, integrity, as well as ethics of state administration; building public awareness and participation; and establishing anti-corruption institutions in the regions.
