Kerajinan tangan ini merupakan salah satu produk gifts atau barang souvenir. Produk yang dihasilkan diantaranya adalah pigura miniatur alat musik yang terdiri atas kerangka pigura, pasir laut, miniatur gitar, drum, biola, sound dan keyboard. Kerajinan tangan ini mengalami masalah terkait dengan manajemen usaha diantaranya, produksi, keuangan, pemasaran. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mitra terkait dengan produksi, keuangan dan pemasaran. The aim of this study was to make an objective description about self concept of “Perempuan Margi... more The aim of this study was to make an objective description about self concept of “Perempuan Marginal” (women in marginal social and economic status) by concerning the rearing environment characterization. The hypotesis was there is difference self-concept related in the rearing environmen. Data was collected from 77 subjects, 34 subjects upbringing by original family, 34 subject were reared in orphanage and the rest 9 subjects were taken from street children community. Data was gathered by Q-Sort test modification, observation, interview and also by Focus Group Discussion. Result shows that female teenagers from orphanage have the highest selfconcept, meanwhile female teenagers from street children community have the lowest self-concept. The analytical method used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) to determine the causal relationship between latent variables contained in structural equations. The analysis tool used is with the help of Smart PLS. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to the teacher. The results of the questionnaire returned were 150 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that innovation has a significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has no significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has a significant effect on innovation.

This study aims to improve science learning outcomes for muscle disorders in humans with the research subjects being all students of class V SD N Laren 04, totaling 12 students. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle in this study went through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.
