Nursing theory is an important thing to learn for nursing students. Nursing theory can be studied... more Nursing theory is an important thing to learn for nursing students. Nursing theory can be studied by students in philosophy and nursing theory courses. It can be seen from the results of the final evaluation that students obtained sufficient scores of 49%. This has an impact on the student achievement index and student professionalism in carrying out nursing practice, both in clinical practice and later when they have worked in nursing services. The learning method used by lecturers is to form groups and give assignments to students in the form of papers and presentation in the form of powerpoints in front of the class. Therefore, researchers try to make a learning innovation in the form of an android-based educational game. This educational game is called the nursing theory reminder education game (GEmPITA). This study aimed to design an android-based GEmPITA as an innovation for students' learning media in philosophy and nursing theory courses. Mobile application development lifecycle model (MADLC) with 7 stages including the rapid application development method, with 3 stages, namely requirement planning, design system, and implementation. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype of an android-based game application that will be used by nursing students. By making the GEmPITA, an interactive educational game, students can learn nursing knowledge in a more fun way and make learning nursing science easier.

Hemodialysis causes changes in body image such as physical weakness, nausea, vomiting, balance disorders, increased levels of uremic in the blood, muscle aches, and edema. This study aims to determine the body image of patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis. A descriptive quantitative research design was carried out in the Indonesian dialysis patient community (KPCD) Pekanbaru, the sample of this study was 49 respondents using a total sampling technique. Depresi yang tidak terdeteksi dan tertangani dengan baik dapat berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas hidup lansia, bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Kejadian depresi pada lansia sering kali tidak terdeteksi terutama di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sidomulyo Pekanbaru Riau. Oleh sebab itu penulis tertarik untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan topik deteksi dini kejadian depresi pada lansia. Pelaksanaan kegiatan deteksi dini kejadian depresi pada lansia ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan diantaranya tahapan persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam dua sesi yaitu sesi penyuluhan terkait depresi dan sesi deteksi dini kejadian depresi pada lansia dengan menggunakan instrumen Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS).

Salah satu upaya penatalaksanaan asma yang perlu dibudayakan pada pasien adalah senam asma. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini agar penderita asma dapat mengontrol asmanya dengan baik. Kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak merupakan kasus seksual tertinggi dibandingkan kelompok usia lainnya. Menurut Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia tahun 2021 ada 3 kasus kekerasan tertinggi yang terjadi pada anak. Pada tahun 2020 kekerasan seksual pada anak sebanyak 419 kasus, dikuti dengan kekerasan fisik sebanyak 249 kasus dan kekerasan psikis sebanyak 119 kasus. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anak dan remaja tentang kekerasan seksual. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil Kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pada anak dan remaja Panti Asuhan Anak Yatim / Fakir Miskin Ar-Rahman Pekanbaru setelah pemberian edukasi terkait pengenalan dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Bullying usually occurs around the school environment such as in the class, toilet, corridor, or ... more Bullying usually occurs around the school environment such as in the class, toilet, corridor, or after school activities. This research aims to identify bullying behavior on students at schools. The total number of samples were 400 students of State Elementary School determined by using Cluster Sampling Technique. Data collection was done in April-August 2018 randomly in 12 districts in Pekanbaru City. The research results showed the parenting pattern that mostly applied by the kids parents was parental control in the amount of 228 people (57%), the highest number of fathers' job is informal job in the amount of 238 people (59,5%), the highest number of mothers' job is being housewives in the amount of 201 people (50,2%), the highest number of violence media is not explored in the amount of 288 people (72%), the highest number of fight is never in the amount of 265 people (66,2%), and the highest verbal abuse is never listening to verbal abuse in the amount of 323 people (80,8%). The highest number of bullying is incurrence of bullying behavior in the amount of 212 people (53,3%), with the highest number of physical bullying in the amount of 211 people (52,8%), the highest number of verbal bullying in the amount of 207 people (51,8%), and mental/psychological bullying in the amount of 249 people (62,3%). The results of this research can be a reference for the schools in preventing the occurrence of bullying behavior on school students.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh membaca al-qur'an terhadap peningkatan harga diri pasien skizofrenia. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre and post test without control dengan menggunakan alat instrumen penelitian lembar observasi yang diambil dari modul praktik keperawatan profesional jiwa yang terdiri dari 6 soal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT Binalaras pekanbaru pada bulan juni 2020 dengan jumlah sampel 8 responden dan dengan menggunakan teknik porposive sampling. Analisa digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan analisa bivariat menggunakan uji statistik t dependen untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh membaca al-qur'an terhadap peningkatan harga diri pasien skizofrenia (p value 0,000; α < 0,05). One of the factors causing adolescent mental emotional problems is parenting. This study aims to determine the relationship of parenting parents with adolescent mental emotional problems. Descriptive analytic research design, cross sectional approach, a sample of 266 adolescents. The results showed the average authoritarian parenting was 27.31, democratic parenting 30.30, and permissive parenting 29.05. The dominant parenting pattern is democratic parenting. Adolescent mental emotional problems are included in the borderline category with an average score of 18-19. The average age of adolescents is 16-17 years. The sex of adolescents is 54.9% female. One of the behavioral therapy techniques for implementing toilet training is participant modeling. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participant modeling therapy on children's independence in toilet training. This type of research is quantitative with a quasy experiment design with a pretest-postest design without control group design. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples is 24 people. The results showed that the average value of children's independence at the pre-test was 10.2 and the average score for the children's independence at the post-test was 11.7.
