Adjustment, anxiety and achievement motivation are the psychological variables, though they are not present physically but they influence the life of an individual in all aspects. In our ritual ridden society apart from diverse categorization of human beings, there is one more categoryknown as persons with disability. Persons coming under this category are different from the societal notion of normality, the normal folk denies recognition to such persons with disability. Though they are different from the societal notion of normality but their dreams and desires are none less than the so called normal people. In order to cherish their dreams to their full potential, theynever allow their disability to hinder their actual personality. The impact of disability is of vital concern in case of students with loco-motor disability. Hence student with locomotor disability are motivated to achieve competence and achievement motivationwhich play an important role in energization and achieving competent relevant behavior. And this is only feasible by eradicating unwanted fear and anxiety and by developing their personality in a balanced way i.e. a well adjusted personality. Thus this paper is an attempt to explore the recent literature to provide a critical review about the college students with Loco-motor disability and explain the extra ordinary role of adjustment, anxiety and achievement motivation in the life of college students with Loco-motor disability.

Mental well-being, like physical health is a resource we need to promote and protect but there is growing concern that mental health of adolescent is declining. Among teenagers, rates of depression and anxiety have increased by 70 % in the past 25 years, particularly since the mid 1980’s. The changes are not the result of an increasing tendency to rate teenagers as problematic, but the result of real changes in behavior and experiences. Due to this there is a pressing need for robust studies of specific interventions. In this paper an attempt has been made to identify mental health of teenage population and to relate it with demographic correlates, as presumed to play a significant role. Method of Study

Generally, we see the difference in intelligence and emotional behaviour of persons with disabled in compare to abled. In this study, researchers used the standardized tool Standard Progressive Matrices developed by Dr. John C. Raven and Mangal Emotional Intelligence by S.K Mangal. The results reveal that significant difference found in disables and able on Intelligence quotient and Emotional quotient. Same results have shown in adults also. It means that disabled and able persons work differently because of their IQ and EQ. This study is very relevant and useful for teachers, administrator and policy makers for the betterment of student future. It will also helpful in developing the good habits among students as well as adults.

The term mental health is commonly used in relation to mental illness or mental health problems. ... more The term mental health is commonly used in relation to mental illness or mental health problems. However, mental health is a universal experience that is fundamental to personal well being and social functioning. The natural environment is fundamentally connected to our psychological well being in many ways. It is increasingly recognized that people and the natural environment do not exist as independent entities, but are part of a complex, inter connected ecosystem. Evidence suggests that not only people are dependent on the natural environment for material needs such as food and water, etc, but also that the natural environment is equally essential for them to fulfill their psychological, spiritual and emotional needs. In this paper the author has made an attempt to make a connection between promotion of sustainable environment and positive mental health. Sustainability and mental health promotion have many common goals, so health promoters need to be engaged in promoting and prot...

It includes a large number of sensing devices, some computing techniques and communication with limited power supplies and processing abilities which collectively work to fulfill a large sensing task. IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee based Wireless Sensor Networks raise a few issues like Energy Scavenging for the limited power supply. Accordingly good functioning of such system relies upon energies of the wireless motes. This paper presents two analytical models which demonstrate and predict the QoS in terms of throughput, jitter, average end-to-end delay and energy consumption. These two distinct network models based on IEEE 802.15.4 are cluster-based and grid-based, and are simulated using QualNet v 6.1 Simulator.
