This is a community where you can fill out an application about yourself and get penpals from around the world. The purpose of this is to meet friends from not only your own country, but from every corner of the globe. This is for BOTH snail mail penpals as well as new livejournal friends.

-after filling out an application, it will be posted in 'memories' and you can browse other applications which are organised by country.
-you may make general posts to this community as well as applications. The only thing I ask is that do not advertise other communities here.
