This study aims to analyse the gender mainstreaming of the Polri (Police of Indonesia Republic) a... more This study aims to analyse the gender mainstreaming of the Polri (Police of Indonesia Republic) at The Polda Metro Jaya (Province of DKI Jakarta Police) through the placement of policewomen as leaders in the Kapolsek (Region Sector Police) with the Indonesian social culture which still believes that a woman's duty is to take care of the household so that it does not give women the freedom to have a career, as well as the profession of policewomen by the public is seen as only part of the image of the police, where the presence of policewomen as a complement in the implementation of police duties and only placed in the functions of staff, personal secretary and administration. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by conducting interviews and field observations. Based on the research, there has been a policy in the framework of gender mainstreaming by placing female police officers as leaders in the police sector (Kapolsek) and there is no difference in the placement between female police officers and male police officers as police chiefs, but the successful implementation of gender mainstreaming has not been maximally implemented due to the lack of motivation of female police officers due to the challenges of police duties at The Metro Jaya Police which are quite complex and heavy police work dominantly related to crime cases and influenced by population density and territory as well as religious/community leaders in the police sector (Polsek) so that it requires the police chief to be ready to carry out 24-hour tasks to maintain security and order in the community.

Mining potential in Maluku Province is the largest contributor to nickel mining in Indonesia with... more Mining potential in Maluku Province is the largest contributor to nickel mining in Indonesia with nickel reserves of 39% and copper of 92.48% of the national total. Even though nickel and copper are potential resources in this region, they do not yet have production results that have added value and are highly competitive. Now various investors from China are investing in North Maluku with the above potential mining resources. In fact, China is now interested in building a nickel factory in North Maluku, specifically in North Halmahera. The issuance of Law Number 3 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining is a transformation of mineral and coal policy relating to the management and utilization of mineral and coal in Indonesia. The consequence of the amendment to Law Number 4 of 2009, namely the elimination of regional government authority over the management of mineral and coal mining, was taken over by the central government, which applies nationally. The method used in this research is the Hybrid Method as an applied method. The limitation of this research is that it does not technically examine the ecological, economic and social modeling of mining studies in North Maluku. The recommendation of this research is that further in-depth review is needed from a legal, social, ecological and economic perspective to map and review Law No. 3 of 2020, the formation of a crosssectoral task force to monitor the impact of the implementation of Law No. 3 of 2020 on the environmental and social sectors. and economics.

The data used is time series data regarding local own-source revenue and transfer revenue on capital expenditure in South Tangerang City 2012-2021. Data analysis methods include Multiple Regression Analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination analysis. From the Multiple Regression Analysis, the regression equation Y=1.03819 + 0.521X2-0.612X3 is obtained. The constant of 1.03819 means that the increase in capital expenditure allocation is 1.03819 percent if there is no increase in local revenue and transfer revenue. The regression coefficient of the local own-source revenue variable shows a positive influence on capital expenditure of 0.521. From the t-test results, it can be explained that local own-source revenue has a significant effect on capital expenditure, where the t-count> t-table value is obtained (2.701> 2.3...

The method used is the mixed method methodology. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews as well as document review. The results showed (1) the factors that most dominantly influenced the increase in the professionalism of civil servants in the National Police's SSDM satker were aspects of job design, selection, training and development, compensation, performance management and employee relations which had not been carried out optimally.

This study aims to examine the supply chain management perspective of subjective norms, attitude,... more This study aims to examine the supply chain management perspective of subjective norms, attitude, perceived behavioral control, and intention on e-waste recycling behavior, and the mediating role of intention in the relationship between the factors of extended theory of planned behavior and e-waste recycling behavior. The research sample was students at some universities in Jakarta, Indonesia with data collected through an online questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that subjective norms, attitudes, perceived behavioral control, and intentions have significant effects on e-waste recycling behavior. In addition, intention can mediate the relationship between attitude and perceived behavioral control on e-waste recycling behavior. The implication highlighted the importance of the role of subjective norms, attitude, perceived behavioral control, and intention in influencing one's e-waste recycling behavior. This research was conducted to determine knowledge acquisition by employing digital technology fo... more This research was conducted to determine knowledge acquisition by employing digital technology for public sector employees. This study adopts system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, service quality, and net benefit as the empirical considerations. The data analysis technique in this study used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Respondents in this study were 198 people consisting of public sector employees who used a learning management system. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction. User satisfaction has a significant effect on net benefits. Meanwhile, system quality had no significant effect on user satisfaction, information quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction. The findings would imply the strategies to strengthen the implementation of e-learning is to increase user satisfaction. The finding managerially points out the necessity to evaluate the transformation of classical training programs in terms of face-to-face learning to blended learning by integrating online learning and face-to-face in the public sector knowledge acquisition model of training. The findings present an evaluation using empirical examination and highlights the importance of continuity to arrange action plans in public sector to synchronize knowledge acquisition model through training to obtain behavioral change and wider organizational impact of the training on public sector institutions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted on the working system, shifting working from off... more The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted on the working system, shifting working from office (WFO) into working from home (WFH) practice that requires employees to be skillful in using technology to support their work activities. However, this condition can affect job performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of ICT anxiety and smartphone addiction on job performance of all lecturers at NIPA School of Administration (Jakarta, Bandung, and Makassar). This study applied a quantitative method with a total sampling technique and conducted a survey on 135 respondents using an online questionnaire. Furthermore, this study employed job demands and resources theory as well as PLS-SEM to analyze five variables (ICT anxiety, smartphone addiction, interruption, job efficacy, and job performance) and to test seven hypotheses. The findings show that there is a positive relationship between ICT anxiety and interruption while interruption has negative influences on job efficacy and job performance. Therefore, this study recommends the facilitation of knowledge sharing related to ICT competence or literacy. In addition, NIPA should improve the security guarantees of the intellectual rights of the lecturers in relation to the choice of technology and integrate the demands of ICT needs with administrativetechnical procedures. ☆ This article is a part of the "Business and Economics COVID-19" Special issue.

This study adopts system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, service quality, and net benefit as the empirical considerations. The data analysis technique in this study used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Respondents in this study were 198 people consisting of public sector employees who used a learning management system. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction. User satisfaction has a significant effect on net benefits. Meanwhile, system quality had no significant effect on user satisfaction, information quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction. The findings would imply the strategies to strengthen the implementation of e-learning is to increase user satisfaction. The finding managerially points out the necessity to evaluate the transformation of classical training programs in terms of face-to-face learning to blended learning by integrating online learning and face-to-face in the public sector knowledge acquisition model of training. The findings present an evaluation using empirical examination and highlights the importance of continuity to arrange action plans in public sector to synchronize knowledge acquisition model through training to obtain behavioral change and wider organizational impact of the training on public sector institutions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted on the working system, shifting working from off... more The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted on the working system, shifting working from office (WFO) into working from home (WFH) practice that requires employees to be skillful in using technology to support their work activities. However, this condition can affect job performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of ICT anxiety and smartphone addiction on job performance of all lecturers at NIPA School of Administration (Jakarta, Bandung, and Makassar). This study applied a quantitative method with a total sampling technique and conducted a survey on 135 respondents using an online questionnaire. Furthermore, this study employed job demands and resources theory as well as PLS-SEM to analyze five variables (ICT anxiety, smartphone addiction, interruption, job efficacy, and job performance) and to test seven hypotheses. The findings show that there is a positive relationship between ICT anxiety and interruption while interruption has negative influences on job efficacy and job performance. Therefore, this study recommends the facilitation of knowledge sharing related to ICT competence or literacy. In addition, NIPA should improve the security guarantees of the intellectual rights of the lecturers in relation to the choice of technology and integrate the demands of ICT needs with administrativetechnical procedures. ☆ This article is a part of the "Business and Economics COVID-19" Special issue.

This study aims to analyze the relevance of power politics to the performance of the West Aceh Health Service bureaucracy that has not been optimal, and to find a solution so that the West Aceh Health Service bureaucracy is protected from the political impact of the Pilkada.
