Methods: This study employed a dual-analytical approach. Initially, participant observation was used to understand the day-today activities within the Nour Center's authentic environment. Subsequently, three cognitive theories-conceptual metaphor, schema, and frame theory were applied to analyze and interpret the transformation in the patients' conceptual systems comprehensively. Results: We detected that the patient community at the Nour Center utilized various socio-cultural practices (drama roleplay, peer-support therapy, and task-shifting) to create an improvised, theory-independent recovery program focused on 'awakening' and 'selfempowerment'. These latter were mediated by higher-order meta-cognitive processes, such as 'self-regulation' and 'self-description', frames, such as 'the home frame' and 'the hospital frame', and schemata, such as 'the function schema', which are foundational to 'cultural placebos'. Discussion: The present findings established that both general health and mental health are significantly shaped by societal influences, indicating that cultural therapy emerges from the intricate dynamics of sub-cultural social systems. Ultimately, concepts of illness and recovery are subject to cultural negotiation.

Their human aspects in general and their HR practices in particular is a rich field for investigations, due to the importance of their technical and social systems in their performance or their sustainability. The question of the choice of HR practices is the focus of this work devoted to the issue of HRM and work organization in offshoring call centers. It is based on nine case studies representing a varied typology of Moroccan call centers sector and three typical -ideal models adopted by them (Hard, Soft or hybrid). The choice of a model or another comes, initially, from a business strategy, a targeted market segment and a given level of outsourced value-added activities. The alignment between strategy and organization of the call center operates for each model to incorporate the same operational requirements (customer-agent inter...

We note that the inter-organizational mode of operation is more and more relevant, it is thus presented as the appropriate scope for implementing new forms of governance in the service of innovation. Therefore, this article is an opportunity to make a synthesis of the literature having apprehended the concept of governance of territorialized networks of organization and its role in the performance of companies and networks as well as the territory. This is to highlight the different conceptions of the latter, as well as the role that collaborative work plays to improve networks. In recent years, we have been witnessing profound economic changes which imply a change in organizational boundaries.

The methodological choice consists of a synthesis of public service theories, a conceptual frameworks of service marketing and models of service quality. This theoretical synthesis made also possible to discuss the concepts of service quality and their application in the context of public administration. Thus, this article proposes a conceptual model of quality based on seven qualitative dimensions of the public service influencing citizen-customers satisfaction. The theoretical results indicate that these qualitative dimensions make it possible to grasp the contribution of quality to mastering the complexity of public service through citizen-customers satisfaction.

Hybrid strategies of cost leadership and innovation need to be aligned mostly by highly deliberate university creative services. Physical, intellectual and social capitals are loosely coupled to better understanding of the urban fabric and norms of behavior. It requires the creation of applications enabling data collection and processing, web-based collaboration, and "real-time" mining of the collective intelligence of citizens. The Internet of Things (IoT) has been viewed as a promising technology with great potential for addressing many societal challenges, filling the gap in terms of citizen's sensitivity measurement. At the physical level of its ecosystem, buildings are responsible for about 40% of energy consumption in cities and more than 40% of greenhouse gas emissions. With recent products available today, energy consumption in bui...
