All right, if you've looked around for Office UK fic at all already, you'll know that there is almost zero out there. I mean, it is dismal. And of the ones that do exist, very few are of even adequate quality. But for you, my dear friend, I've searched far and wide [and within my bookmarks] to find the needles in the haystack! Because there are so few and far between, I decided to rec you all the good ones I've found so far, and that was four instead of three. Eep! Sorry. Here we go!
004. Ever After - wreathed (G)
~ After Tim and Dawn's happily ever after.
It's a very short ficlet (only 566 words), but I liked it mostly because it was very true to the style and tone of the show itself, with little references and dialogue bits that sound exactly like something David or Tim or Gareth would say or do. And Tim's voice is spot-on. Fluffy but in a perfect, adoring-but-humble Tim way.
003. Paper Hero - veronamay (PG)
~ He was always such a nice, well-behaved boy; never a rebellious thought in his head. Everyone always said so, and he's never done anything to prove them wrong, until now.
This picks up right where the last Christmas special left off, with a giddy Tim and Dawn arriving back at Tim's house. It's sweet, but in-character, and an all-around fuzzy-making little read.
002. Take What You Can Get -

~ Dawn's mum mails her a tape of the documentary when it airs, as they don't get the BBC in Florida.
I love this. It's set while Dawn and Lee are living in Florida, and Dawn's voice is so...Dawn. She's unhappy but unwilling to admit it because she's stuck in her ways, and she misses Tim but she's unwilling to admit it because that would mean something would have to change and she can't handle that. That's all my interpretation, of course, but I just adored the simple melancholy of this short little drabble.
001. Update to the Update - Dianora (PG)
~ Tim and Dawn, three years later.
a;sldkfj I can't explain how much I love this. It's got cameos from David and Gareth, and Tim is still so funny and Dawn is pregnant and OMG ALL THE FLUFF. There's a bit of confusion over where a new scene's starting and the other's ending (because FF.Net formatting is wack), but the fic itself is just so fun to read.
