A research and development enterprise, ICP's mission is to advance clinical outcomes by patient use of technology and by providing therapists with new tools that expand their ability to produce clinical outcomes. ICP subsequently established Neuro-Hope as the provider of the professional services now referred to as Collaborative Rehabilitation Therapy (CoRT). CoRT is designed to support patients with a broad range of challenges as well as their families who experience relationship disruptions following sudden brain injury in a loved one.

T... more A theoretical analysis of the factors involved in perceiving a plot or conspiracy is presented. Three categories consisting of sociohistorical; social psychological, and personality processes were provided as contextual bases for understanding the various issues leading one to perceive secret agreements and ulterior intent. Two studies were conducted in order to demonstrate how several of the proposed factors produced these perceptions. Study 1 involved the relationship between negative affect and vulnerability, operational ized as threat to personal safety. Results indicated a significant relationship between conspiracy and plot perceptions and affect but a mixed relationship for vulnerability. Reactance was suggested as a contaminating factor within the vulnerability induction. Study 2 investigated the relationship between several standardized personality measures and conspiracy rhetoric on perceptions. While the rhetoric did not produce significant indices of plot perception, a ...

I review the components of a system which consist of inputs, transformation, outputs, feedback and contextual environment, and argue that from a system perspective learning leadership emerges from interactions among elements particularly contextual variables. The concept of context is expanded to include the theory of learning applied, i.e., pedagogy, andragogy or heutagogy, and the communication channel used, i.e., face-to-face, virtual/online, or hybrid/blended. Learning leadership is also influenced by environmental context variables such as threats to health and safety, financial and economic losses, political polarization, and cultural characteristics. The paper concludes with examples of how a systems approach can be used to select leadership content followed with examples for prototypical undergraduate, master and doctoral leadership courses. a HEI is the term used in Europe and applied in this paper to designate a Higher Education Institute and organization that provides higher, postsecondary and tertiary education. "HEIs include traditional universities and profession-oriented institutions, also called universities of applied sciences or polytechnics": https://www.igi-global.com/dictionary/inciting-grassroots-change/13097.

We propose a new model which underlies a new education program that focuses on the pathway to anticipate and navigate dynamic complexities, and how to avoid catastrophe by creating new models of business thinking and structure in sync with the "new normal." While conventional in-clinic Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) rehabilitation serves the needs of the vast majority of patients many of whom go on to resume their lives a significant percentage of patients continue to have enduring cognitive disabilities despite long-term and skilled therapy. However, these patients can rapidly achieve gains which typically continue to increase toward substantial self-sufficiency when engaged in Collaboration Therapy (CT). CT is directed toward patient populations appropriate for a telehealth service who meet the following criteria: 1) patients have plateaued in conventional in-clinic therapy; 2) in-patients are too distant from an appropriate outpatient facility; and 3) individuals with TBI/ABI (acquired brain injury) are in unserved or underserved geographical areas. CT telehealth service is also valuable for High Achieving individuals – by occupational, avocational or educational achievement – who will often have difficulty with conventional rehabilitation. This paper describes CT, telehealth and presents seven case studies that provide context and detail to the CT model and outcomes.

Apart from its health ramifications, the crisis is revealing serious challenges in the global supply chain. Those difficulties are, at least in part, consequences of unwise, short-sighted business decisions made over the course of decades to outsource and downsize.

The first I call the Epistemology Framework. The second which was described and continues to be promoted by David Snowdon and colleagues is the Cynefin Framework.

A system is a metaphor and model of reality with a structure consisting of inputs, transformation process with an internal context, outputs, feedback loop, and with the whole system influenced by an external context, environment or containing system. Part 1 https://jdc.jefferson.edu/jscpsfp/4/ introduces the challenges of defining leadership then presents three taxonomies or themes representing the prevailing leadership models, theories, and practices. I then introduce a fourth theme derived from a broader understanding of context, particularly differences between challenges that are complicated and complex. This informs an expanded context-definition of leadership for which examples of leadership characteristics and proficiencies from a complex systems perspective are presented. Part 2 is presented as a separate essay. It discusses the assumptions, expectations and relationships among learners, instructors, context, and content from which teaching and learning approaches have emerged. Pedagogy is most common, andragogy is increasingly appropriate for the changing demographics of higher education, and heutagogy is urged for adult learners in higher levels, particularly doctoral and applied executive leadership learning programs. I then describe leadership curricula and using a woven strands metaphor I propose courses appropriate for undergraduate, master, and doctoral leadership programs.
