O yüzden uygulamaların bir bütün halinde yapılması önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada amaç iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinde kullanılan kök neden analizine dikkat çekmek ve bir iş kazası olayı üzerinden değerlendirmektir. İş kazaları çalışma sahalarında istenmeyen olaylar olarak değerlendirildiği için alınması gereken tedbirler bir ekip çalışmasına ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Ekip çalışması gereği hazırlanması gerekli görülen uygulamalardan bir tanesi de Kök Neden Analizidir. Bu analiz yapılırken başvurulan soru tipi "Neden?" sorusudur. Kök neden analizi, bir sorunun nedenlerini ortaya çıkarmayı ve bir daha yaşanmaması için ortadan kaldırmayı amaçlayan bir "sebep temelli" analiz şeklidir. İş kazalarının temel nedenini görme imkânı sağlar ve ortadan kaldırılması için değerlendirmeyi yapan ekibe adres göstermektedir. Nitel araştırma metodu çerçevesinde yapılan araştırmada Kök Neden Analizinin kullanılmasıyla belli yöntemler kullanılmış ve belirli bir sorunu çözmeyi içeren bir problem çözme süreci ele alınmıştır. Değerlendirme kapsamında doğrudan neden(ler), sebep olan nedenler ve kök nedenler listelenmiştir. Analizler çoğu zaman karmaşık olabilir, dolayısıyla büyük miktarda veriye bakmanız gerekebilir. Burada göz önünde bulundurulması gereken temel soru, süreç boyunca temel neden analizinin hangi soruyu yanıtlamaya çalıştığı hususudur. O yüzden ihtiyaç duyulabilen nicel veriler nadirdir. Örnek olarak, iş kazası ve meslek hastalıkları istatistikleri verilebilir. Literatür araştırmalarının sonucunda pek çok bilim dalının bu tekniği benimsediği ve kullandığı söylenebilir. Bu da kök neden analizi tekniğinin halen birçok alanda kullanılabildiği ve çalışmalarda etkin olduğunu vurgulamaktadır. Bu çalışmadan da anlaşıldığı gibi bu alanlardan biri de iş sağlığı ve güvenliği çalışma alanıdır. Kök neden analizi, iş güvenliği kapsamında tehlikelerin ve risklerin kök nedenlerinin belirlenmesinde çok önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın dikkate alınması, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında kök neden analizinin her İSG profesyoneli tarafından yapılması tüm iş güvenliği paydaşlarına önerilmektedir.

The aim of this study is to emphasize the increasing importance of occupational health and safety... more The aim of this study is to emphasize the increasing importance of occupational health and safety in the logistics sector, which is developing rapidly in Turkey and in the world. In the logistics sector, it is important that the operations are labor-intensive and that the working environments have a security procedure that will not interrupt the supply chain. In the study, the concepts of logistics activities and occupational health and safety (OHS) were explained and their importance was emphasized. Quantitative data were collected and analyzed in order to determine the quantity of hazards arising in logistics activities and to examine whether they are of significant size. Quantitative analysis method including descriptive and estimated statistical analyzes was used in the research. The data used were obtained from the occupational accident data of the people employed according to the economic activity of TURKSTAT and the SSI statistical annuals for the years 2014-2021. As a result of the analyzes, it has been determined that there has been a continuous increase in the number of occupational accidents in the logistics sector as of 2014, the number of occupational accidents in 2021 is approximately twice that of 2014, and the occupational accidents in courier transportation have increased at very high rates. Occupational accidents are more common especially in sectors where industrial activities are intense. Unfortunately, the measures taken and the arrangements made to prevent these accidents are not sufficient, and deaths and injuries cannot be completely avoided. In this study, occupational accidents and occupational diseases that occurred between the years 2008-2021 were examined and analyzed at the sectoral level. These analyzes were made according to NACE hazard class codes and statistically evaluated. Thus, the cases of occupational accidents and occupational diseases were listed and it was revealed how conscious different sectors were on this issue. The main purpose of the study is to increase awareness and perception on a sectoral basis against work accidents and occupational diseases. The sample used in the study consists of work accident and occupational disease reports prepared by the Social Security Institution. These reports cover the data for the years 2008-2021. According to the results obtained, the fabricated metal products manufacturing (excluding machinery and equipment) sector with the production code of 25 has the highest rate in occupational accidents, while the number of insured persons diagnosed with occupational disease after the end of their insurance is the highest in occupational diseases, when viewed on a sectoral basis. coal and lignite extraction. Especially for workplaces in high-risk sectors, it is necessary to take stricter measures, train employees and raise awareness. In this way, awareness on occupational health and safety can be increased and it can contribute to the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases. After making sector-based analysis of occupational accidents and occupational diseases, solutions were suggested by referring to the reasons and results of the prominent sectors. While the high number of occupational accident statistics is attributed to the type and processing of metal products, in occupational diseases, it is related to the environmental conditions of the coal and lignite extraction sector and its sub-sectors.

The risks that threaten the health and safety of employees can be prevented by the creation of a full occupational health and safety culture. In this study, which is based on Occupational Health and Safety Regulation in Construction Works, field workers were given working training in height to raise awareness on working at height and to eliminate some uncertainties. In this study, it is aimed to create awareness among high-rise workers where fatal and injured work accidents are the most common in work life. After the training, a 50-item questionnaire with three levels of answer category was prepared. The questionnaire data, which were carried out on 125 employees in collective and face-to-face basis, were transferred to the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program and analyzed. The survey conducted on a voluntary basis in the first article of the ın Working at the Height ğ section in the Annex-4 section of the Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety in Construction Works. it is considered as working at height. The study was limited to only the areas that were subject to training and inspection. The validity and consistency of the questionnaire were analyzed by using SPSS statistical program. The data were analyzed and interpreted as parametric and nonparametric test methods. As a result, the working world should have a infrastructure that gives importance to human health and safety. Although the Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety in Construction Affairs underlines the issue of protecting employee health, it should be clarified at what level the employee training and personal protective equipment should be mandatory. It is recommended that the relevant Ministry (s) fulfill the legal regulations required in this respect immediately. As things with great value do not cost cheaply, the value of the occupational health and safety culture should be further increased by the systematic movement of the employer and the state triple wheel.

Within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety, it is aimed to pioneer the legislation to be prepared later and the practical trainings to be provided. Within the scope of national legislation, it is aimed to introduce a sample form draft to the literature along with some suggestions in order to give a standard to the official documents that should be used in orientation trainings. Orientation training is another objective of the study to determine a standard for training subjects and duration and to enrich the content as in Article 11 of the Regulation on Procedures and Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Training of Employees according to the size of the study field.
