Data in Indonesia recorded that the maternal mortality rate in 2015 was 305 per 100,000 live births, but the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) target is 70% per 100,000 live births in 2030. Data National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey III menunjukkan 55% perempuan berusia 50-59 tahun mengalami penurunan kepadatan tulang dan kejadian osteoporosis pada perempuan berusia di atas 65 tahun sebesar 29.3% (Wangen, 2000). Angka cakupan DPT Combo dan Campak sangat rendah dan setiap tahun selalu terjadi penurunan angka cakupan. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan belum optimalnya pemberian imunisasi DPT Combo dan Campak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor karakteristik ibu yang berhubungan dengan ketepatan imunisasi DPT Combo dan Campak di Pasuruan. Luka tersebut apabila tidak dilakukan perawatan secara baik yaitu dengan cara menjaga tetap bersih dan kering daerah genitalia maka bakteri dapat berkembang biak di daerah luka tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu nifas dengan infeksi perineum. Angka kelahiran kasar (crude birth rate) di Indonesia pada tahun 2010 menunjukkan angka 22 kelahiran per 1.000 penduduk. Tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia telah mengalami peningkatan dalam 20 tahun terakhir. Antara tahun 1990 dan 2000 sebesar 1,44%, namun antara tahun 2000 dan 2010 sedikit meningkat menjadi 1,49% (SDKI, 2012). Angka cakupan DPT Combo dan Campak sangat rendah dan setiap tahun selalu terjadi penurunan angka cakupan. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan belum optimalnya pemberian imunisasi DPT Combo dan Campak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor karakteristik ibu yang berhubungan dengan ketepatan imunisasi DPT Combo dan Campak di Pasuruan. Desain yang digunakan adalah analitik jenis “ Cross Sectional ”, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel 48 ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 12 bulan. Kejadian infeksi pada masa nifas yang terbanyak disebabkan luka jahitan pada perineum yang terinfeksi. Luka perineum karena robekan atau episiotomi. Luka tersebut apabila tidak dilakukan perawatan secara baik yaitu dengan cara menjaga tetap bersih dan kering daerah genitalia maka bakteri dapat berkembang biak di daerah luka tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu nifas dengan infeksi perineum. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada subyek penelitian Ny “K” Usia 23 tahun di Desa Randugenengan kecamatan Dlanggu Kabupaten Mojokerto.
