LAG ACT is a Live Journal community where young women entering, thinking of entering, currently in or have graduated from college can come together who have one thing in common: They're confused about what to do with their career! Emphasis will also be on pressures and expectations from their Asian families and family friends. The goal is to help every member by bringing in peers with different backgrounds and ideas to contribute suggestions and support.

Though the word "Asian" is in the title, you need not be Asian to join.

Posts should be relevant to academics.
