lddebate - Profile (original) (raw)
on 4 October 2003 (#1369215)
This community is for anyone who did, does, or wants to debate competitively in the Lincoln-Douglas division of forensic competition. Anyone with any LD-related thoughts is welcome to join for case-sharing, advise-giving, resolution-pondering discussion.
Note the Following Guidelines:
1. This community has had problems with trolls before. Any troll-like behavior will result in the immediate removal of that user's membership and posting access.
2. Please put all really long entries behind an lj-cut (directions here) as a matter of courtesy for those who watch the community on their friend's pages.
That's it, really. No one in the community has had problems with politeness or decency, so I don't expect it to become an issue. Should it become one, violators will be dealt with accordingly.
Otherwise, have fun and cream the competition. ;-)
As of July 12, 2005, this community is moderated by quidditchmaster. He sees no problems with the rules as they stand, so he isn't changing them.
