We are the Pirates of the Lost Cause, an official group of Markland Medieval Re-enactment. Our cause is simple: We are here to have fun, and embark on what should be an enjoyable learning endeavor. We wish to promote the knowledge and arts of the Middle Ages and maritime cultures of later periods, including the Golden Age of Piracy.

This be the LJ community of POTLC. Here we be discussin' our latest plunders and charting future courses. There may also be some skull duggery and wench buggery if yer lucky. To post on our online community is simple; "Ye must like Pirates, and we must like you..Yargh!"
