Photobucket Cissnei Born underneath Midgar's plate and abandoned at birth, Cissnei is taken into the ShinRa Orphan Program at the age of six, and from then on restarts her life as she trains at the Academy in Junon. She is spotted and scouted by a Turk known as 'Legendary' and is transferred to be taught by him in Costa De Sol for several years. By the time she is eleven, Cissnei has excelled in several areas important to the Turk life and is once again transferred to the ShinRa Building in Midgar to complete her training. Sometime after her twelfth birthday, her codename is received and she becomes the youngest full-fledged Turk in history. Her point in canon is from after the Attack on Junon in Crisis core, and has since then been put onto an island where many things have happened, but most of all drawn her closer to Zack in the last several months.
