Contribution to work behavior as evidence and indicating among employees tend to lead by ethical code. Hierarchy way from highest to the lowest position must lead to work together and construct developing an ethical climate. Thus, this conservative way could be the efficient and most expected value on the organization. In this research, the ethical climate is implemented by the environmental performance results of the civil servant in the Sidoarjo district. This research-based on three variable concepts by each ethical climate, ethical strength, and ethical leadership. This research utilizes a qualitative comparative method with collecting data as a literature study. The Index Satisfaction of Civil Servant in Sidoarjo District as the prime references compared to the issues and variables.

As a result, there is little information about the linkage between organizational factors and innovation activity in Algerian SMEs. Given the research gap and limited information, this study attempted to investigate the relationships between organizational structure, human resources practices, organizational culture and innovation activity in Algerian SMEs. By using structured questionnaire, the data for the study was gathered from 77 SMEs operating in the manufacturing sector in the southern region of Algeria. In the industrial cycle, employees are coming from adjacent regions.Social support is needed to have motivation at work. Motivation to work will have an impact on work results. This study aims to analyze social support for employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in the shuttlecock industry in Pringgolayan Surakarta, Indonesia. Previous research shows that social support has an influence on employee motivation at work. Other studies explain that motivation can improve employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents. The sample is determined by the purposive sampling method. Competition is increasing, but it is not balanced with available job openings and causes educated unemployment to increase. Educated unemployment is increasing and encouraging people to try professions to become entrepreneurs. Based on previous research, entrepreneurial creativity has an effect on entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial spirit. The entrepreneurial creativity has an effect on entrepreneurial spirit, on the other side entrepreneurial mindset has an effect on entrepreneurial spirit. Research conducted emphasizes the impact of entrepreneurial creativity and entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial spirit among undergraduate students in Surabaya. This research takes data. This data is taken from a private university in surabaya with management study program A accreditation with a total of seven private universities. Data obtained from distributed questionnaires 149 and returned 130 respondend with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that entrepreneurial creativity had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial mindset had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit. This research can be developed by adding entrepreneurial education, innovation, and career choice variables. This research can be applied to undergraduate student in Indonesia that have management study programs.
