A total of 273 teachers participated in the study. The study data was collected through The Fear of Covid-19 Scale. Since the data showed normal distribution in the analyses done through the SPSS 25.0 package program, one of the parametric methods, t-test for pairwise cluster comparisons in independent groups was applied, and one-way analysis of variance was applied in comparisons of more than two clusters. As a result of the analysis, no significant difference the participants' Covid-19 fear levels regarding the variables of the institution, catching covid-19, losing a relative due to covid, and education type. As for the gender variable, a significant difference was found in favor of female participants. It was concluded in their Covid-19 fear levels that physical education teachers' differences in educational institutions and educational applications did not have any significant.

Fifteen voluntary elite Turkish badminton players participated in the study. The MRSAB test consisted of 2 repetitions of 4 movements (4x3m) separated by 30 seconds of passive recovery. The best time (BT), meantime (MT), total time (TT), and fatigue index (FI) were measured. Body composition was evaluated through dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). Squat jump (SJ) test for explosive power and countermovement jump (CMJ) test for elastic power were used. The main findings were that there was a significant correlation between MRSAB MT and TT with lean body mass, lean arm mass, and trunk lean mass (kg) of male badminton players. However, no significant correlation was observed among MRSAB MT, BT, and TT with another total/regional body composition of female badminton players (p>0.05). Moreover, the results of male badminton players showed that there was a significant negative correlation between FI and percentage ofbody fat (%BF), percentage of leg fat (%LF), percentage of trunk fat (%TF), and trunk mass. In addition, there was a significant negative correlation between FI with %BF, body fat mass kg, percentage of arm fat (%AF), arm fat mass, and %LF of female badminton players. It was also found in the study that there was a significant correlation between SJ and %LF; CMJ and %BF, body fat mass kg, %AF, %LF and leg fat mass kg. However, no significant correlation was observed among CMJ and SJ with other total/regional body compositions of male badminton players (p>0,05). Finally, changes in body composition are important issues for the physical performance level of badminton players as regional excess body fat may cause deterioration, especially in repeated-sprint ability and jumping performance.

This study investigates expert and amateur basketball players' visual tracking strategies accuracy and inaccuracy free throws. Material and Methods. A total of 22 university student, 11 of whom were experts (n = 5 females, n = 6 males) and 11 amateurs (n = 5 females, n = 6 males), without visual impairment, participated the study. Each athlete performed a total of 10 throws. The normal distribution of data recorded in both accurate and inaccurate throws was checked with the Shapiro-Wilk test. All of the data received on accurate and inaccurate throws were analyzed by independent samples t-test. Results. Expert basketball players were recorded to have an average of 78% accurate throws out of 10, and as for amateur basketball players, they were recorded to have 34%. During accurate throws, the quiet eye durations of expert basketball players were identified as ~886ms, and quiet eye durations during inaccurate throws were as ~570ms. During accurate throws,...

The study's findings reveal that expert basketball players develop statistically longer quiet eye and fixation durations than amateur basketball players.

However, there is not enough information about improving quiet eye performance. The current study aimed to investigate the quiet eye parameters of participants for both hits and misses shot. Material & Methods: Ten high-level (n=10, ages; 26.60 ± 3.89years; training experience=8.30 ± 2.03years) dart players (in the first top ten ranks in Turkey League) attended the study. A total of twenty-seven dart throws (9 throws x 3 sets) by each one were performed according to competition rules. During twenty-seven throws performed according to the competition rules, the participants' quiet eye behaviors were classified and compared as hits and misses. The Mann-Whitney U test determined the difference between throws. Results: quiet eye duration of hits (Mean±Standard deviation: 776.60±218.10ms) were found to be statistically longer than misses (Mean±Standard deviation: 457.33±109.91ms) (p=0.023). Conclusion: In line with the literature's information, it has been shown that hits provide a significantly longer quiet eye duration and higher throwing hits in targeting the dartboard compared to misses. Task-specific norms and standards can be applied for quiet eye training to players by determining high-level players' visual follow-up strategies during hits and misses. According to the determined QE standards, gaze strategies can be provided to the athletes by giving feedback on the paths they need to follow for accurate shots and their gaze behavior.
