Adding the number of ownership by issuing new shares and selling them to the capital market, is o... more Adding the number of ownership by issuing new shares and selling them to the capital market, is one alternative method used with the aim of increasing the Company's finances, funds and capital. The issuance of the company's initial shares and selling them to the capital market is called the Initial Public Offering. BRI Syariah Bank adds capital by conducting an IPO, so that it is necessary to analyze Stock Prices on the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of BRI Syariah Bank to obtain stock fair value that does not harm the company if the stock price is too low or detrimental to investors due to stock prices too high (over valued). The research problem formulation is: How is the valuation of the initial stock price of BRI Syariah Bank using the Relative Valuation Model method, How is the valuation of the initial stock price of BRI Syariah Bank with the Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) method, and Is the initial stock Under Valued or Over Valued. The researcher analyzed the data obtained using quantitative descriptive methods. The value of Bank BRI Syariah shares calculated using the Relative valuation method and FCFE are in an overvalued position. The initial stock decision taken by the company is correct, that is, if the valuation is done using the Relative Valuation and FCFE methods, the company is already due because the stock price in the market is overvalued.

Investment growth in a country will be influenced by the country's economic growth. The better th... more Investment growth in a country will be influenced by the country's economic growth. The better the level of a country's economy, the better the level of prosperity of its population. This higher level of prosperity is generally characterized by an increase in the level of community income. With this increase in income, more and more people will have excess funds, the excess funds can be utilized to be saved in the form of savings or invested in securities that are traded on the capital market. The capital market has an important role for a country's economy because the capital market performs two functions, namely first as a means for business funding or as a means for companies to get funds from the investor community. Funds obtained from the capital market can be used for business development, expansion, addition of working capital and others. Both capital markets become a means for people to invest in financial instruments. According to Lusiana Silim (2013), stock prices are influenced by many internal and external factors. Internal factors are factors that are directly related to the performance and condition of the company as seen from the financial statement data. While external factors are factors that are not directly related to the condition of the company but factors outside the company can be seen from macroeconomic conditions such as inflation rates, gross domestic product, the money supply, the BI rate and so forth. Economic growth with the acquisition of high gross domestic product is a picture of the welfare of production factors that also contribute to creating national welfare from both the real sector and the non-real sector. This means that the greater the Gross Domestic Product, the higher the productivity of production factors and the higher the activity in the domestic stock exchange in creating national independence. The value of GDP consistently increases every year until the largest GDP is achieved in 2017 in the amount of Rp 9,912,703.60 billion with a stock price of 4,038.57 million. But the increase in GDP is not always in line with the rise in the stock price index. Along with the increase in the number of GDP in Indonesia, in 2015 the share price experienced a decrease of 2,057.45 million due to the weakening of the rupiah exchange rate and a decrease in interest rates that resulted in slowing economic growth. The rupiah exchange rate is a comparison of the value of the rupiah price with the price of foreign currencies, each country has its own exchange rate, which value is a comparison of the value of a currency with other currencies called foreign exchange rates. Information of the rupiah against the US dollar generally is considered by companies in Indonesia, because the US Dollar is used by the company in general to make the payment of production materials and other business transactions. The objects of research are state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique employed was the purpose-sampling method. This method obtained 19 companies that met the criteria from total of 20 companies in one year. The type of data used was secondary data and the method used was descriptive analysis and logistic regression using the overall model fit, R Square, and T Test. The results show that Return on Assets affects the hedging activity, whereas Debt to Equity Ratio and Growth Opportunities do not affect hedging activities.

The development of the industrial sector is an activity directed towards developing the industry by increasing added value and can create jobs for the community. The household industry also requires workers both adults and young people who have skills. Workers in the production process can come from the family, the surrounding community or outside the area. Therefore a strategy is needed that can empower sustainable communities. Efforts to mobilize resources to develop the potential of the community by developing an entrepreneurial spirit. One form of entrepreneurship is the processing of coconut which can be done on a home industry scale in the Kembangan District area, especially in the South Meruya Village. This location has a location adjacent to the coconut producing area in Banten Province. This service has the purpose of conducting entrepreneurial training by raising awareness of the potential that is owned, knowing and knowing how to obtain raw materials, carrying out the production process and marketing of processed products. The number of participants invited as many as 30 people consisting of people in various RTs in various villages in South Meruya District. The method of implementing this activity refers to a sustainable coaching program. through several stages of business training, mentoring, handling and business networks. The results of the training evaluation revealed that participants stated that training was very useful to improve understanding regarding the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in coconut management.

This study aims to determine the effect of the BI rate, the dollar exchange rate, the yuan exchan... more This study aims to determine the effect of the BI rate, the dollar exchange rate, the yuan exchange rate, the Dow Jones index, the Shanghai index and world oil prices on the composite stock price index (CSPI). The data used is the period from January 2014 to December 2018 with the multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that the BI rate, Dollar Exchange, Yuan Exchange, Dow Jones, SSE Composite Index and WTI were able to explain the 91.8% effect on CSPI and the remaining 8.2% explained by other variables not examined. T test results show that partially BI interest rates, the yuan and Shanghai exchange rates do not have a significant effect on CSPI. While the dollar exchange rate, Dow Jones Index and world crude oil prices have a significant influence on the composite stock price index (CSPI) with coefficients respectively - 0.41705, +0.21245 and -7.86373. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence on CSPI is Crude Oil (WTI).

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of fundamental factors, like Debt to Equit... more The objective of this study is to determine the effect of fundamental factors, like Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO), towards stock prices. The object of this research is the food and beverage industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2015. The study used secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The research design used is causal research methods and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. There were 11 out of 17 companies that met the criteria during the four-year observation period. The data was analyzed by panel data regression analysis technique using three approaches-Common Effect, Fixed Effect, and Random Effect. Chow test model, Hausman test, and Lagrange Multiplier test were used for the model selection using F test and tstatistical tesst. The result of the study through the use of F tests indicated that the increase or decrease of stock prices are affected by ROA, CR, DER, TATO and PER. The result of the t-statistic test showed that ROA and TATO have a partial influence on the share price, whereas the DER, CR and PER variables have no affect on the stock price of food and beverage companies.

The results showed that the BI rate, Dollar Exchange, Yuan Exchange, Dow Jones, SSE Composite Index and WTI were able to explain the 91.8% effect on CSPI and the remaining 8.2% explained by other variables not examined. T test results show that partially BI interest rates, the yuan and Shanghai exchange rates do not have a significant effect on CSPI. While the dollar exchange rate, Dow Jones Index and world crude oil prices have a significant influence on the composite stock price index (CSPI) with coefficients respectively - 0.41705, +0.21245 and -7.86373. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence on CSPI is Crude Oil (WTI).

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of fundamental factors, like Debt to Equit... more The objective of this study is to determine the effect of fundamental factors, like Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO), towards stock prices. The object of this research is the food and beverage industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2015. The study used secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The research design used is causal research methods and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. There were 11 out of 17 companies that met the criteria during the four-year observation period. The data was analyzed by panel data regression analysis technique using three approaches-Common Effect, Fixed Effect, and Random Effect. Chow test model, Hausman test, and Lagrange Multiplier test were used for the model selection using F test and tstatistical tesst. The result of the study through the use of F tests indicated that the increase or decrease of stock prices are affected by ROA, CR, DER, TATO and PER. The result of the t-statistic test showed that ROA and TATO have a partial influence on the share price, whereas the DER, CR and PER variables have no affect on the stock price of food and beverage companies.
