Materials and Method : This prospective, single-centeredstudy follow a split mouth-design, where the patients were act as their own control. A total of 40 patients were included in study. The study subjects were assigned into two groups: Control Group and Study Group (0.8 % Hyaluronic acid gel). Once selected, each patient will be assigned a serial number. According to their respective serial numbers, patients with odd serial number will be administered 2ml 0.8% hyaluronic acid gel (Gengigel) in the postextraction socket of impacted mandibular third molar of the left side, and the right side will act as control, an interval of 4 weeks is kept between the 2 surgeries. In even numbered patients, the right side extraction socket will be administered 2 ml 0.8 % hyaluronic acid gel (Gengigel)and the left side acted as the control.. Post-operative pain, trismus, swelling & soft tissue healing were evaluated on 1st, 3rd and 7th postoperative days. Results:0.8 % Hyaluronic acid gel has shown a beneficial results in the reduction of postoperative pain on 7 th day and soft tissue healing on 3 rd and 7 th days , the results were statistically significant, although the results for trismus and swellingwas not statistically significant. Conclusion :The efficacy of Hyaluronic acid gel has proven to be an important therapeutic adjuvant for reducing postoperative pain & improve soft tissue healing following mandibular third molar surgery and thus improving patients quality of life.

Materials and Method:This study included 20 cases of either trauma, reconstructive or orthognathic surgery in which internal fixation is indicated. Patients were assigned to any one of the two equal groups randomly. Group A consisted of 10 patients treated by 3-dimensional titanium miniplates and group B consisted of 10 patients treated by conventional titanium miniplates. Intra-operative parameter included operating time of both the groups. Postoperative clinical examination was carried out on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th weeks and the 3rd postoperative month. Postoperative clinical evaluation included assessment of pain, stability, infection, bite force, wound dehiscence. The results of two groups were compared statistically. Results:A statistically significant difference was found in the operating time which was less in group A as compared to group B (p = 0.001). The bite forces recorded on 1 st postoperative week were more in group A as compared to group B and were found to be statistically significant at incisor region (p=0.012), right canine region (p=0.014), left canine region (p=0.001), right premolar region (p=0.013) and left premolar region (p=0.046). No significant difference was found in other clinical parameters. Conclusion:Due to simultaneous stabilization at superior and inferior borders, operating time was relatively less. It provides threedimensional stability at the fracture site. 3-dimensional miniplate seems to be an easy alternative to conventional miniplates.

Stock market have 2 main products that is stock and bond. Bond is much more unpopular than stock. This study will examine the relations between risk, stock return, and bond returns relation in Indonesian Public Companies. Sample are 51 companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange and issues bond during 2011-2018. Risk as endogen variable measured by Altman Z score. Stock values as exogenous variables using stock returns and dividend yields as indicators. Endogen variable bond value having bond returns and Yield to maturity as measurements. Data then analysed using warp PLS. The results shows that stock returns are mediating the relations between bankruptcy risk and bond return in Indonesia. This is consistent with optimal capital structure and financial distress theory. Companies usually choose to issued stock rather than bond. If it choose both, it will be like to use stock rather than bond. Hence, investor also choose in the stock when companies risk is higher rather than bond.

Endoscopic exploration and repair of sub-condylar and ramal fractures of the mandible is technica... more Endoscopic exploration and repair of sub-condylar and ramal fractures of the mandible is technically feasible, and, though there is a steep learning curve, once experience is gained, it can be performed in a reasonable amount of time. There have been no permanent facial nerve injuries to date, and the functional results seem to be satisfactory. Of the 5 sub-condylar and ramal fractures, plate fixation was achieved at primary endoscopic repair in all the patients. It remains for prospective studies to determine the relative safety and effectiveness of this procedure.

This can be corrected using a minimally invasive procedure “Threadlift” which produces precise lifting of the drooping tissues using threads, in place of a more invasive surgical procedure “Facelift”. Objective: A Comparative evaluation of COG Polydioxanone and MONO Polydioxanone threads in the treatment of sagging facial skin. Method: 6 cases were reported in the Out-Patient Department (OPD) of Mahatma Gandhi Dental College and Hospital, Jaipur with mild to moderate sagginess of facial skin. The patients were randomly allocated into two groups: COG Polydioxanone and Mono Polydioxanone. The procedure was performed in a single sitting, OPD basis, and Evaluation of each case was done post-operatively. Result: COG Polydioxanone threads proved to be more satisfactory in lifting the loose facial skin as compared to MONO Polydioxanone threads. Complications were rare and w...
