Further, reduces the growth and development of plants. An indoleamine molecule called Melatonin (MLT) is important for plants' having ability to respond to a variety of abiotic stimuli and lessen their negative consequences. During harsh environmental conditions (such as draught, high temperature, high salinity, and heavy metal pollution), MLT significantly improves plant growth, photosynthetic yield, chlorophyll content, oxidative damage, and enhances the activity of anti-oxidant enzymes such as Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Catalase (CAT), Glutathione Peroxidase (GOP). In this Review, we discuss that even though plants can biosynthesize MLT and exogenous application of MLT to a variety of crops can be enhance plant development and growth in response to drought stress by controlling the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the plants.

The GM crops are otherwise called as transgenic crops which are genetically modified by transfer of beneficial genes into the crops. The GM crops has beneficial features such as insecticides resistance. But they have also harmful effects on environment as well as human health. The modern biotechnology or genetic engineering discovered a new technique to improve quality and quantity of food crops and increase food supply. It improves nutritional quality of food crops. But there are many hazardous impacts on environment as well as health. This paper will describe recent applications of GM Food crops and their prospects.

It has resulted in an unparalleled trial in education. Mostly, all educational institutes have announced their closure to adhere to the government guidelines and have adopted the online learning and teaching mechanism. To look at the optimistic side of this epidemic, we see that people have come up with advanced skills and technologies, new modes of learning, contemporary perspectives, and countless new trends to provide seamless educational services even during this crisis for a better tomorrow. Objective: Survey school and college students after online education and adhere to the government guidelines. Methods: We directed questionnaires and conducted surveys by 4 members using online mode by Google form, and the data were analysed using mean and percentage. Results: This survey started on 1st June 2021. During the lockdown period, most students responded through online mode, w...

It refers to the set of principles, opinions, and morals that help us contribute to the well-being of the natural environment thus analysing and understanding the problems associated with it. In the current scenario, knowing, identifying, and familiarizing ourselves with our environmental surroundings has made us aware of the grave danger that it is in. The conservation, protection, and preservation of the natural environment have become of utmost importance because of the constant neglect that the public has shown towards it. This survey was conducted to assess the level of awareness among the people about environment and the impact of COVID-19 on it. Data was collected from 1000 people of various age groups (students, teachers, government employs, and other people) chosen randomly from the Indian states of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, West Bengal, and Delhi. The questionnaire had 10 simple questions and the project itself was launched on account of the World Environment Day, 2021 (5th June). By using this data, we explained and analyzed what percentage of the participants are aware of their environmental issues, following the necessary steps and what the government

The infection of coronavirus is pathogenic and highly transmittable which spread quickly around the world by human to human contact. Through genomic analysis it has been revealed that primary reservoir of SARSCoV-2 are bats due to having severe acute respiratory syndrome-like (SARS-like) viruses phylogenetically. The viral infection rapidly transmitted by human to human contact but the intermediate source of their origin and transfer is not known. Till date, any clinically approved vaccine or antiviral drug is not prepared against COVID-19. However, researchers and scientist have been evaluated some broad-spectrum of antiviral drugs against COVID-19 through clinical trials and found satisfactory clinical recovery. This review summarise the comparative analysis of the emergence and pathogenicity of COVID-19, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV). This review also focused to development of effective vaccines or antidrug and also focused on an approach to practice therapeutic combinations to fight with this viral outbreak.

Genomic analysis revealed that SARSCoV-2 is phylogenetically related to severe acute respiratory syndromelike (SARS-like) bat viruses, therefore, bats could be the possible primary reservoir. The intermediate source of origin and transfer to humans is not known, however, the rapid human to human transfer has been confirmed widely. There is no clinically approved antiviral drug or vaccine available to be used against COVID-19. However, few broadspectrum antiviral drugs have been evaluated against COVID-19 in clinical trials, resulted in clinical recovery. In the current review, we summarize and comparatively analyse the emergence and pathogenicity of COVID-19 infection and previous human coronaviruses severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV). We also discuss the approaches for developing effective vaccines and therapeutic combinations to cope with this viral outbreak.
