It was a cold and blistery night, that certain December eve in Massachusetts. In a hospital in the Boston suburbs, there were cries of pain. There, my mom was in Labor... over 30 years later, I live in Las Vegas with my wife Jennifer. I am still in Tech Support, though I am now the Senior Analyst. I am the guy you call up and say "Hey, my screen is black and won't come on" to which I reply...." Is it plugged in???" and you reply... " ummm No, should it be???" **HEADDESK**
