The only relative he has left, his cousin Tetsuo, betrays Ayase by selling him to the highest bidder in an auction with hopes of making an enormous profit to be able to pay off his debts. Somuku Kanou, a bad-tempered (though very rich) loan shark, comes to Ayase's rescue and buys Ayase for an impressive 1.2 billion. Kanou apparently knows Ayase from something that happened between them in the past, but Ayase cannot remember who Kanou is nor does he understand why he "saved" him. In a desperate effort to keep Ayase close to him, Kanou demands the debt be repaid in full and suggests the perfect way to do it: by selling his body to Kanou for 500,000 each time. Ayase is horrified in the beginning, but something soon begins to grow between them that can't be bought for any price.(Source: ANN)Related Entries Okane ga Nai MALxJapan -More than just anime- Characters & Voice Actors Staff "Itoshii Hito yo Eien ni Nukumori o Tsutaete..." by Tetsuya Kakihara & Wataru Hatano Reviews Dec 25, 2014 RecommendedFunnyFunny I have to admit, Okane ga Nai scared the fuck out of me the first time I watched it in my middle school years. I was always scared about what would happen to the uke since I put myself into his shoes. Every episode increased my chances of a heart attack until I finished the series with sweat and hot breath. Even the most gruesome torture horror packed anime can't touch upon what I experienced from this yaoi. Story: I can't. I just can't relive these memories.Art: It was real enough to immerse me inside its reality. Sound: The uke's screams sounded exactly like the... ones in my head Character: That uke is tantamount to me being fucked Enjoyment: I refuse to admit enjoyment. Overall: After all these years, I'm almost graduating high school, my soul is forever scarred. I can't decide whether to rate it 10 or 1. I can't rate it Pathetic (1) since it made such a 180* change to my soul and there's no way something pathetic can have such an immense effect on me, but I can call it Outstanding (10) in a definite Negative way. And I'll say this I have zero issues with dub con kink or non con in fact I enjoy it. But while Okane had some good sex scenes and romance scenarios at the core it feels a bit awkw5ard. And it tried to pass off as being something with meaning but honestly it never really gets into the complexities of trauma and abuse and Ayase's reactions to just getting raped were completely wrong. I know a lot of dub con non con... stories are written by people who are new to violence and PTSD and tend to get carried away by their guilty pleasure writing hearts and a lot of people might like something 'on the lighter side' which is fine. but this was not bad but just okay. Maybe because of something like Double Mints I'm really ruined lol so I guess give it a try but don't expect much. Reviewer’s Rating: 6 What did you think of this review? This anime doesn't deserve more of my time, or anyone else's for that matter!. The fact that I spent time actually watching it to the end is far more than it deserved. However I will point out the biggest issue... The biggest issue is way the characters appearance & personality/emotional age is completely at odds with their actual "supposed" age. Why the F*ck does the anime industry have such a disregard for age? Why... do they need to tell us that a character is an adult and then depict and illustrate them as a kid. All I can say is it's sick and twisted!.The victim looks like a kid and then to top it all off, the sicko monster that bought & abused him looks a couple of decades older and is drawn to look a like a giant, which only serves to make the victim look even younger.WHY?WHY?WHY? Do they do this? Why are people ok with this? This isn't limited to just this anime, it's a common reoccurring issue in the anime industry. It needs addressing.I do not recommend this anime! It's creepy as F*ck! This is the type of anime that gets all anime a bad rep.Anyway, it gets a 1. If 0 was an option, it would get 0! Reviewer’s Rating: 1 What did you think of this review?
