Ellile is a knight-in-training in the Kingdom of Fredbarn in the Neverland World. He and Princess Roji are secretly in love, and plan to marry. Lifile, the head of the knights, finds out, and tells Ellile that he's not strong enough to protect Roji, let alone the Kingdom. Ellile becomes frustrated, and comtemplates what to do... I never expected to find an anime worse than Mars of Destruction, let alone two, but Idea Factory delivers yet another puddle of piss in a cardboard box!To start things off the wrong way- Idea Factory takes a steaming runny dump on your eyes with this shit 3D CGI that looks like someone took a picture of a Lego set that had been put in the microwave with a Nokia 3310 potato, printed it out, wiped their ass with it, lit it on fire, scanned it in, and then put it in... the slides for this anime. Next, you're slapped with these idiotic mini cartoons that I could vomit more details and color onto. FINALLY, onto the feature. So half the anime is this stupid kid walking back and forth between a guy and a princess talking about things that nobody cares about. These conversations are so inane, they'd put 330a public access television to shame. Some shit about "I HAVE TO SAVE FREDBARN!" and "I HAVE TO BE STRONG!" Fredbarn. The name of the land is called Fredbarn. I can't even begin to describe the profound stupidity of this name, let alone someone in a studio getting this checked off as a good idea and then IMPLEMENTED! So the little bitch boy goes to the princess and tells her he loves her. She tells him she loves him too, and they're going to be together 5eva bby, longa dan 4eva. Then this other guy says "NO! I'M GOING TO BE WITH THE PRINCESS, YOU CAN'T HAVE HER!", so the bitch boy tells the princess they're not going to be together any more. (This takes place over the course of five minutes realtime.) So then the other half is made up of some stupid ass training montage, because bitch boy is apparently a soldier... there's some flashback shit that are literally just storyboards drawn in as little detail as possible- as in, they're vaguely human shaped- more like turds. Bitch boy and other guy fight... and other guy slits bitch boy's throat, then bitch boy runs away, the end. By the time this is over, you're wishing it was you with the sword to the throat. There are no characters, story, or enjoyment to be found here. Unless your idea of enjoyment is pain, then you'd still rather be taking forks to your eyes and pouring liquid aluminum inside your ears than watching this shit.Moral of the story kids, stay the fuck away from Generation of Chaos if you value your sanity, and stay even further the fuck away from Idea Factory- they're actually the inventors of torture, and a practiced hand at it.The hits keep rolling. Again, Idea Factory is reaching absolute highs of anti-adventisement and I'll never understand why they bothered to produce these... If I wanted to find a positive, I could say it at least didn't dilute its runtime with multiple stories... But what value is in that when the story is pure crap? Do not waste your time watching this. The writers didn't want to write for it, the animators didn't want to animate it, and it's all in service to a game nobody wants to play. It stars... Boy? Yeah. That's his name. Boy comes from a fantasy kingdom that's at war or something, and so to prepare for it, he spends all day, every day, practicing the weakest looking backhand stroke in the history of swordplay. It's then that he encounters... um... Girl... who he says he's in love with, and she says she's in love with him, as well. But the evil...... Dadbod... Legolas? The evil Dadbod Legolas gets in the way of their mild fondness for each other, on the grounds that Girl is a princess, Boy is a peasant, Boy is going to go die in a war, Boy lacks basically any power to affect the world around him, and Boy has yet to master the second and third swings in his light attack weapon combo. Like, just on those minor, insignificant problems. What a judgmental prick.I watched this anime because it contained the Romance tag. It does not have romance. Romance would require that the characters have the ability to emote, or literally any reason to get together other than "he's a boy, she's a girl, and they're both presumably heterosexual." It also contains tags for Action and Adventure. It has no action, because action requires animation, and it has no adventure, because adventure necessitates you leaving the fucking castle and going somewhere! Somewhere more exciting than "washed out blank white field," where you and your massive army of less than a dozen dudes squares off against less than a dozen random armored knights from the Kingdom of Barely Explained and Who Gives a Shit, Anyway?It also says it's a Fantasy. I'll give it that. One look at Dadbod Legolas's stupid outfit, and I've got no doubt we're looking at a typical anime fantasy.Overall, Generic Fantasy Title: The Sequel is an anime so boring, I am literally forgetting about it as we type. Horrendously animated, uninspired character design, and worldbuilding that is actually worse than non-existent. The one thing it was supposed to do was get me interested in the plot of the game. Japanese RPGs are entirely built on character and story. It committed the cardinal sin of making an RPG's plot look boring and asinine, and because of that, it's no wonder I wasn't even able to find any info on the game, on the internet.Anemic Backhanded Sword Swing/10.
