Hey man! I'm really enjoying Cowboy Bebop. The episodic nature of the episodes and the overall vibe of the show is incredible. I'm also a huge fan of the music.

oh i never watched the anime, that's why i was wondering if i should jump head first into the manga or watch the anime first to get a feel for the show

It's from Nagi no Asukara.

I agree. It's an impressive film by Mari Okada, and it fits with a theme that is prominent in may of the stories she has written over the years.
