The educational sector is facing increasing pressure from technological advancements. Technology ... more The educational sector is facing increasing pressure from technological advancements. Technology has become an essential
tool for successful language acquisition in many parts of the world. Although Pakistani education policymakers have
highlighted the potential benefits of computers and internet technology, several experts have pointed out that a teacher's
attitude plays a significant role in how successfully educational Technology is used. Teachers have the last say on whether
or not to use these technologies and how to use them in the teaching process. This study aimed to determine how energized
and prepared English language educators in DG Khan, Pakistan, are related to integrating Innovation into their teaching
techniques in auxiliary and secondary schools. Twelve current English language educators took part in this paper.
Unstructured interviews were utilized to accumulate the information. Three main topics have emerged from the interviews:
(a) technology comprehension, (b) variety of Technology, and (c) cultural and traditional approaches to training and
education. The participants expressed dissatisfaction with the inadequate budget, limited availability of Technology in
educational establishments, and insufficient training to utilize Technology effectively.
Nevertheless, all participants were willing to use Technology to teach English as a second language. In its conclusion, the
report makes significant recommendations, implications, suggestions for future research, and advice for education officials.
Even though the study was carried out in Pakistan, the conclusions and suggestions can be used in various educational
settings within various territorial context.

new worlds, help us question our convictions and engage in a more profound communication with people &
ourselves through the book pages. This research, while using the qualitative method by conducting interviews
with literature students and applying thematic analysis, focuses on Post-Colonial literature and its influence
on critical thinking and identity formation among Pakistani students. Overall, we found that reading
postcolonial literature improves critical thinking skills and a deeper understanding of socio-political issues, as
well as influences cultural identity and personal connections. This study identifies the urgent need to
incorporate post-colonial reading material into syllabi in order to encourage critical thinking, cultural
sensitivity and social responsibility among students. Postcolonial literature can offer transformative power to
create a more just and fair world through a transformed self.

Steve Hamilton's novel The Lock Artist, exploring the criminal subjectivity of the protagonist
beyond the binary of good and evil. Through textual analysis, the study examines the norms,
upbringing, and circumstances that shape the protagonist's identity as a deviant and criminal.
The research also investigates the role of confession as a tool of the modern state in altering the
subjectivity of its subjects. The findings suggest that deviance and illegality are social
constructs, created and maintained by power structures. The study highlights how society
defines deviance and the state defines illegality, leading individuals down a path of
criminalization. This research provides insight into the ways power operates to shape an
individual’s subjectivity, particularly in relation to criminality, and offers a critical analysis of
the ways the modern state exercises control over its subjects. For useful explanation and
analysis of criminal subjectivity, Michel Foucault’s book ‘discipline and punishment’ has been
referred. This article discusses the norms, upbringing, and circumstances of the protagonist and
tries to explore his subjectivity as a criminal beyond the paradigm of good and evil. It elaborates
those factors which constitute his identity as a deviant and then as a criminal. Also, this research
discusses the role of confession as a tool of the modern state to alter the subjectivity of its
subject.

Nevertheless, within the enthusiasm surrounding the potential advantages of AI, there is an overlooked aspect: the potential for unforeseen disorder it may cause, particularly at the postgraduate level. This study sought to examine the influence of ChatGPT on the education of postgraduate students in ELT fields, specifically those who are taking the technical writing and presentation course during their semesters. A correlational study design was employed, using convenient sampling, to evaluate 60 postgraduate students. The study was held in Gov. Women University, education department, Faisalabad The purpose was to investigate the relationship between their utilization of ChatGPT, their academic performance, and their opinion of its usefulness. The findings of this study offer vital information about the difficulties and advantages of incorporating AI into ELT classes. As a result of the implementation of ChatGPT into interactive learning tools for technical Englis... more As a result of the implementation of ChatGPT into interactive learning tools for technical English, students can participate in conversational engagements that are analogous to actual engineering challenges encountered in the real world. Through this conversational interface, individual students can ask engineering-related questions, obtain accurate and useful responses via ChatGPT, and even receive comments and explanations. For example, students may question the differences between a transistor and a diode. ChatGPT can provide a response that is both precise and condensed, such as the following: "A transistor is an electronic device that has three terminals and is used for amplification and switching, whereas a diode is a device that has two terminals and is used for rectification and voltage regulation." In addition, ChatGPT helps simplify the learning process by giving examples of conversations that have already taken place between customers and engineers. Students can enhance their grammar and pronunciation skills by working through these dialogues. Because of this integration, ChatGPT now serves as an engaging and personalized conversation companion, assisting students in developing their technical English language abilities. This functionality allows ChatGPT to behave more like a traditional discussion forum.

This paper is written to illuminate the social reality of the Turkish socio-culture phenomenon in... more This paper is written to illuminate the social reality of the Turkish socio-culture phenomenon in which there are many words or phrases, being used as social etiquettes among Turkish speakers and these words are unclear in their disposition according to Turkish social norms. Social norms are considerably commonly understood as the particular unwritten rules that are being shared by members of the same group or society such as greeting, apologies, farewells condolence, celebrations, etc. And, descriptive phenomenological analysis as a research design, assists in this way where focus on the way things appear to us through experience or come across in our consciousness. Thus, the Turkish language is rich in its cultural perspective, this research found 62 words or phrases as social etiquettes, wildly common among Turkish speakers within Turkish language social settings. Besides this, there are certain social norms, interrelated with above mentioned 62 social etiquettes to define the meaning of these social etiquettes in meaningful way, there are 12 different social norms that are being discussed in this paper.
