| NEURO DRESSING is, like many other dressing room communities, an RP that isn't quite an RP. There are no applications and there is no premise. What there is is an open community for practicing your Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro muses or playing around with them. They don't have to be members of a specific RP or even characters you intend to play in a serious RP at all. As long as you have a character journal to play with, you're good to go.RULES? Play nice, try to keep it IC, and don't make us have to take out the Evil Mod Tools on your ass.REMEMBER, Neuro is a series where even fried oysters rank highly on the character polls.
