This is an icon challenge for the show One Tree Hill. It will give you a chance to show off your icon making skills and also compete with other icon makers out there.

Rules:
:: You can use any effects as long as they meet the LiveJournal Standards. Under 40kb in size and 100x100px or less.
:: Must be your own icon. You cannot take from any icon journal or tell someone else to make it for you.
:: You don't have to be an icon maker to join. Your love for OTH is more than enough. But you must judge the icons and vote for your favorites.
:: If you are going to use any of the icons made in this journal, you must credit the maker.

Don't follow the rules and you are banned. Simple as that.
