A Community for Lovers and Residents of Peaks Island, Maine

This community was formed by a small group of bloggers living on Peaks Island off the coast of southern Maine. We encourage everyone to post their stories of life on Peaks, thoughts about island living, recipes, ideas for winter activities, personal reflections--anything having to do with our little world in Casco Bay. If you've never been to Peaks but are interested in it, or visited once or twice as a child and are curious what it's like now, or just want a good lobster bisque recipe, you are welcome too.

We also hope to use this space to increase the connections between islanders and learn about building networks, tribes, and communities online.
