please post any and all icons, wallpapers, etc. at phelps_graphics from now on. any graphics posts in this community will be deleted! sorry, but this is a daily community and some people don't want it to be turned into a graphics community. thanks for understanding.

Rules:
1. EVERY post must contain a picture of James and/or Oliver Phelps. Do not directly link images from other websites. If you need a place to host your pictures photobucket is a good image host. hotlinking will get your post deleted without warning.
2. If a post does not contain at least one picture it will be DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE!
2b. If this is your first time posting and you dont include a picture, you will get one warning. if you've posted here before, then you know the rules and not including a picture in the entry will get it deleted, without notice.
3. Use the <**lj-cut**> for large images or multiple images. Be kind to those with dial-up ^_^
4. Proper grammer is a must. Do NaWt TyPe LyKe DiS! Or I will delete your post.
5. Don't start drama. Any drama, bashing, or rude comments will result in being banned from the community.

Want to plug your site? Please ask me first before you post a plug to your site/community. While I dont mind you sharing the phelps love, I'd rather have the plugging kept to a minimum. If you want, I can link you in the userinfo, just ask. =] thanks!
