Dear friends,

This summer (June 23 – 30, 2024), three sisters from Plum Village, France, will come to Spain to share the practice of mindfulness in the Costa Blanca region. The tour will include a three-day retreat at AIS International School in Altea.

All teachings & activities will be offered in English with Spanish translation.

Schedule of Events

• Sunday, June 23: Day of Mindfulness at Centro Arrupe Jesuitas-Valencia, Valencia / Time: 10:00-18:00
• Tuesday, June 25 – Thursday, June 27: Activities for Teachers and Parents at AIS International School, Altea. (Closed to the general public.)
• Wednesday, June 26: Afternoon Practice Session and Dinner, Alfaz del Pi / Time: 17:00-19:00 (Limited space.)
• Friday, June 28 – Sunday, June 30: Three-Day Retreat “The Miracle of Mindfulness” at AIS International School, Altea.
