Nowadays, identifying appropriate and scientific knowledge related to environmental issues and to... more Nowadays, identifying appropriate and scientific knowledge related to environmental issues and topics represents an instrument for providing a clean environment. In the field of entrepreneurship, researchers have accepted the correlation between the scopes of business and the environment because entrepreneurship activities have been acknowledged as a significant driving force for economic, social, and environmental sustainability. A review shows that the entrepreneurship literature has experienced rapid growth recently, with many developments reported on a broad spectrum of topics. Nevertheless, one of the main concerns of the authors of the present contribution is the nexus of entrepreneurship and the environment. In the present study, a review of the literature and studies on the nexus of entrepreneurship and the environment is presented. The results indicate that none of the existing studies had clearly focused on the concept of green entrepreneurial orientation and the factors affecting this concept. So, in the meantime, the complex, mysterious concept of green entrepreneurial orientation has become a very attractive research topic. On this basis, the present paper covers this subject matter as well. It is doubtless that entrepreneurship, as an independent field of science, requires further theoretical and empirical research in relation to the environment. Indeed, recognition of research opportunities in relation to the green entrepreneurial orientation concept can largely contribute to the theoretical development and empirical studies in entrepreneurship and environmental science. We believe that the present study can bring significant advantages for the development of the research in the field of green entrepreneurship orientation.

On the other hand, importance of environmental protection has attracted attention of the governments, customers and organizations and has increased importance of environmental requirements for production. Since major compounds of the products are supplied by the external suppliers, it is important to pay attention to environmental requirements in supply chain process. In this article, a framework was presented for assessment of the suppliers with multi-criteria approach and 13 factors as indices of environment friendly suppliers. In this framework, the most effective factor in assessment of the suppliers was identified after determining the criteria hierarchy and weighting the criteria with use of DEMATEL.

Nowadays, there is a growing interest in developing teacher evaluation systems that these systems should incorporate many criteria of teacher performance and educational systems typically use many methods of performance evaluation. The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluation of the most important criteria in performance evaluation of Kish institute of science and technology teachers and for this reason, we used the DEMATEL method, to study the influence of the most important criteria and to find out the ranking of criteria in performance evaluation of Kish institute of science and technology teachers. Based on our research, we concluded that the top five important criteria are as follows: Experience, Proficiency and expertise in training, Student satisfaction, attempting to solve students' problems, and Efforts to increasing job skills.

Retirement and social security are the obvious necessities of life and undoubtedly the achievement resulting from the social phenomena study and their evolution contain a lot of points that can be used in improving the current situation and modifying the future circumstances. Developing retirement plans as a social right is one of symbols of society's development and today there is an urgent necessity to try for improving the life quality of pensioners in different ways. Prioritization the scenarios ongoing Iran retirement system was considered with TOPSIS methods in this article and with a research done in this aspect it was found that "improving the quality of health and treatment services for retirees", "considering the social aspects of retirement", "rules review", and "doing structural reforms in retirement funds" as a necessity is regarded one of the main actions in renewal of Iran retirement system. Automotive industries are considered one of the major contributors to environmental pollution and the area that requires implementation of more effective sustainability practices. So, it is important to pay attention to environmental requirements in supply chain process in automotive companies. In this article, we used the fuzzy DEMATEL method, to study the influence of the most important factors and to find out the ranking of critical factors in green supply chain management in automotive corporations and also a model with multi-criteria approach and 15 factors in green supply chain management was presented. Based on our research, we concluded that the top five important critical sub-factors of green supply chain management in automotive industries in Iran are as follows: Environmental policy, International, governmental and domestic environmental agreements and legislations, Green and cleaner production, Effective communication within companies and suppliers, and Green image.
Environmental problems have earned high priority in a growing number of businesses due to market ... more Environmental problems have earned high priority in a growing number of businesses due to market pressures and environmental regulations and green production has become important issue to manufacturers like cement industries.The important factors and sub-factors to the successful implementation of ISO 14001-based environmental management system (EMS) and benefits that can be gained from the implementation were recognized in our study and in this study we used the TOPSIS method, to find out the ranking of critical factors of successful implementation of ISO 14001-based environmental management system (EMS) and corporations in Cement Industry in Iran and the study was accomplished in Iran by experts in cement industries. So, in this article we want to introduce a frame work for assessment of effective implementation ISO 14001-based environmental management system (EMS) that can be useful with internal and external audit process and also the results of this study suggest that the most important critical sub-factors of implementation of ISO 14001 in cement industries in Iran are as follows: top management commitment and support, environmental specialist assistance,environmental legislation, training and awareness, and costs of maintenance and improvement.

The results of the study also indicate that the most important benefits that can be achieved by the implementation of ISO 14001 are as follows: improvement in quality of products and services, reduction of energy consumption and pollution reduction, and improvement in the company's image and reputation.
