It's beena long time since I've updated my user profile. I'm not on LJ much, but the one part of my old profile that still makes sense is this "I'm a twenty-something girl who grew up in a small town and is still learning to live in the real world. The internet has been good for me to find people who geek out about similar things as I do."

I started my fandom life with Harry Potter right around the time Goblet of Fire (the book) was released. I have to say that The Werewolf Registry was an excellent, friendly place to be a newbie and I'm grateful that they gave me such a warm welcome.

I spend a lot of time reading fanfiction, and I dabble at writting, but i rarely post it. I still love Harry Potter-- I always enjoyed a good Harry/Sirius family stories (one of my few not-slash vices) and I slash Percy/Oliver. In the relatively small Yu-Gi-Oh fandom, I am a huge Seto/Ryou reader and occasional writer. On CSI, I love Greg and I'm rather fond of Nick as well, so I've been lured into the Nick/Greg world as well. On Static Shock, I have an equal love for friendship and romance for Static/Richie. I'm no stranger to WWE slash, where I can't help but enjoy the rarepair of Miz/Jericho (I'm surprised Edge and Christian isn't a bigger deal in fandom-- they are adorable, but sadly a little old school at this point) My newest fandom love is Psych and Lassiter is far and above my favorite. He'd most commonly paired up with Shawn or Juliet, and I enjoy both pairs. I also find myself drawn to Lassiter/Conforth.

I love crime TV, and I like reading mysteries, Agatha Christie, the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and the Harry Potter series. I love cartoons and still watch them, always will. I like to eat especially food with no nutritional value whatsoever. I listen to what I affectionately call "angry music".
