Initial development will be primarily Java and C++• Provide technical leadership to all lifecycle stages including requirements analysis, architecture/technical specifications, software design, and implementation• Provide work estimates and conduct design, implementation, and code reviews• Author high-quality, unit-tested code• Work with the quality team to ensure adequate and appropriate test case coverage.• Evaluate business requirements to determine potential solutions• Coach and mentor team members, assisting them in technical and process areas• Drive process improvements within the software development team and the Business Unit• Mentor less experienced developers• Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:• 4+ years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record of shipping high-quality server products that delight customers• 2+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade modern client/server web applications• Excellent level skills in Java Spring and C++• Proficient in implementing networking software using TCP and UDP• Experience with SQL databases• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field• Be able to communicate, read and write documents in EnglishAdvantage:• Experience with dynamic web application frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, etc.)• experience with micro-service servers• Experience with Dockers and containers• Experience with highly scalable, high availability distributed systems• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.)• Experience with industrial communications protocols (Modbus, SNMP, etc.)• Experience with PythonWORKING CONDITIONS: Hybrid model: work in Jerusalem office 2 days a week at least• The position involves working closely with a remote team in US, China, and France.
