As witnessed, the excessive exploitation of natural resources by humans has degraded the environment, endangered certain animal species and damaged the ecosystem to a certain extent. Thus, the initiatives taken at the national and international levels to preserve the environment and protect wild animals are the focal concern of the study with the help of contributions made by the Indian legislature and judiciary. Further, the present study also focuses on the issues and challenges related to environmental protection and wildlife conservation.

Child pornography is a branch of pornography which shows a picture of child and video making a sexual sound with an intention to arise the sexual desire of persons or viewers as well. Such a branches always show a violent picturisation of the children and adolenses who were in pain through watching these children considers the best part of the videos.Often such an industries, take the picturisation of the child in naked body and shoot a video of the child getting involve into the sexual activity and then sale those video in the website as to earn the money from those shouted videos of the child. And today we can find all such video easily in internet as well as in the market due to the advancement of technology and availability of handy smart phone, some time a child are forcefully has to embrace such an activity due to many reason. In this article researcher tries to find out the reasons and legal prospects regarding child pornography in India. Researcher also discuss the judicial pronouncements and legal solution on child pornography.

Establishment of legal education has been one of the most beneficial outcome of the usage of Mass Media which seeks to transform the human lives through service of justice system as one can witness mass violations of Human Rights and liberties in today's Globalised world. If the laws implemented for the welfare of people are not being utilized at its best then it is to be considered as a failure in itself. Social Media if used with great sense and responsibility can help us in many ways promoting good effects in our daily lives. Mass Media indeed has been playing a decisive role in interchanging information’s around the globe including the Legal Consciousness and realization which is of great importance in one's life reflecting the concept of Democracy. This paper specifically concentrates on the Social Media awareness and it's relationship with Legal Education, reflects the importance of Social Media in India, it's role in Legal field, and how it impacts the Society at large, also focuses on the challenges faced in promoting and protecting Basic Human Rights, as well as Disadvantages/Drawbacks concerned.

Poverty is a sign of food uncertainty. It has pursued mankind since times immemorial. The consequences of poverty are experienced by whole over the world. The perception of Food Security is multi-dimensional. Food security will be exists when all the people access to sufficient food for their livelihood. Right to food security is a challenge for India due to it’s over population and high level of poverty. It is the governments’ responsibility to mitigate poverty through providing food security. Although, the central and state governments in India have introduced many poverty alleviating programmes. This paper examines the Right to food Act and other legislations and policies. Also examine the issues, challenges regarding food security in terms of availability and status of poverty in India. The present paper attempts to explain issues related to food security in India and recommend some ways to achieve the actual goal regarding food security in India.
