The interactive Conscious Capitalism simulation module allows players to experience the benefits ... more The interactive Conscious Capitalism simulation module allows players to experience the benefits and challenges of operating a conscious business. We have identified a new niche within the bicycle segment; thus, we have started the BiCarbon company. BiCarbon has recently licensed the technology to economically manufacture carbon fiber bikes with the use of 3D Printers. The overarching objective of Biocarbon is to become a profitable, conscious business that aligns and harmonizes the organization's interests, consisting of its employees, customers, suppliers, the community, and its shareholders.

This author will explain how a compensation management supports the business strategy. This case study will conclude with an overall evaluation of PepsiCo and The Coca-Cola Corporation and strategic action recommendations to improve their financial and market performance. Brand, reputation, and image are all the customer's perception of the product or service based on their interactions. Customers have choices; therefore, it is crucial to maintain a consistent brand image to any organization's success.

This paper examines the Rational Decision-Making Model, the importance of leadership, and how effective decision-making will impact the BiCarbon business strategy of the Conscious Capitalism Simulation.

Envysion Inc., utilized an archaic computer system to track cancellations of agreements as they r... more Envysion Inc., utilized an archaic computer system to track cancellations of agreements as they reached their term end dates. The software, a Disk Operating System (DOS), had been in place for six (6) years. In January 2019, Envysion performed a mass implementation of the Zuora Billing Systems Software. This paper will highlight the successes and challenges and conclude with recommendations on how the leadership team can strategically help the business move through the change process.
