   So SOMEONE forgot to renew her paid account and all the caps contest images have disappeared. Fret not, we haven't abandoned the community - order will be restored soon(ish).Now what I'm about to say next isn't strictly island-based but WHATEVER, nobody else bloody posts. So I've just started this new temp job doing suspiciously simple admin work for really amazing money in this company that hasn't opened yet - my co-workers and I are doing the "recruitment drive", getting folk in for interview and so on. WELL. None of the technological equipment has an instruction booklet or obvious way of working, it takes three hours to figure out how to send a fax or scan something and every so often there's a complete change of plan about something that means we have to rethink how the system is set up and change things (example: interviewers pulling out at the last minute, offices locked when no-one knows why etc etc). The building is EMPTY and there are no receptionist type people but about five hundred million security guards who man the front desk and come round to check the floors every so often. Most imperitively, every door handle in the building is metal and one of those ones you have to push down to open the door and whenever you do that you get an electric shock!My question to you is this: DO YOU THINK IT'S POSSIBLE THAT THE DHARMA INITIATIVE HAS SET UP A PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING GROUND IN AN OFFICE BLOCK ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF GLASGOW?If - there is a sudden polar bear attack- we are to repeatedly type something to stop The Bad Thing happening- someone says all they can hear is some French chick on the phone line - we find a crashed drug plane in the car park- we meet the "Other" recruitment team who say they've been there the whole time, just on the other side of the building, really did we not see them?- I meet Sayidmy suspicions will be confirmed. But by that point I may be in too deep and will probs be killed if I try to leave. Still, good wages though.[PS.
