Mod Notice: Prompts	[Dec. 15th, 2007\|08:20 pm]Rurouni Kenshin Fan Fiction
[Tags\|mod post]It's great to some life in this community, ^.^ and in celebration of this fact I am introducing a new element to Rk Fiction. Its official name is a "Prompt". I'm calling it a prompt because it is not necessarily a challenge. These prompts are, in theory, to help give you something to write about. There will be no first or second place and no prize. These are meant to help you become better acquainted with the setting and characters of Rurouni Kenshin. For example, a prompt could be simply a word or it may end up being a 'What if...' statement. The first prompt that I would like to put forth is fairly simple. _Give Yahiko a digital camera_Some things to think about when writing: What or who would Yahiko take pictures of? Would Yahiko have seen a digital camera before? How would he react to it? Would he smash it or would he horde it? Try to have fun with this trail run of ‘Prompts’. If this idea works then I’ll explain more about what I think they can become. If you have any questions or suggestions please leave a comment. And yes, if only one person does it, I’ll keep it going anyway. One person is better then none. ^.^

Moddess Post	[Dec. 25th, 2006\|02:24 am]Rurouni Kenshin Fan Fiction
[Tags\|mod post] [Current Location	Beside a Christmas Tree ^.^] [Current Music	Reckless Fire-- s-CRY-ed]It's Christmas Eve and my little family has done their yearly ritual of opening gifts before the hordes of extended relatives flood our house on Christmas Day and we have to clean up after they all go their separate ways. Now I have all this time to dread the coming of little two-years old terrors-on-two-legs and aunts who like to give me nightgowns, so I decided to check up on this community that I made quite a while back and have neglected to take care of. And I come to see that there are actually new members ("new" being used loosely). Two more then I thought there would be. So, as a New Year resolution I have decided to be a good moddess and write something RK related every week. So, in short, This Comm is not dead and I will be working to make it a better place and, not to mention, a more active FanFiction Archive. Even if I am the only writer who chooses to post something, this comm is Still open. I will be making banners for promotions if anyone would like to promote with me. However, I will do this by the rules of the other comms and I hope(beg) that if anyone else were to promote with me that they do the same.
