Darn, that picture I posted in a comment recently? I just lost a tad bit of hope that it was related to a future Eastern Lands update.

Looks like it has to do with the project Jagex has just announced, sorta. They recently put up a teaser trailer on youtube War of Legends but apparently announced it sometime in the middle of December

In other news, War of Legends =/= Mechscape
