Begitu halnya dalam kelurahan/desa sebagai organisasi pemerintah, pengelolaan anggaran yang baik akan membantu mewujudkan pembangunan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Undang-Undang No. 20 tahun 2014 menyebutkan setiap organisasi pemerintahan berhak untuk mengelola sendiri anggarannya. Namun, permasalahan mengenai ketidakpahaman pengelolaan anggaran yang baik dan benar masih menjadi kendala besar bagi perangkat kelurahan/desa, sehingga peningkatan pengelolaan anggaran merupakan solusi yang solutif untuk meningkat kompetensi perangkat kelurahan/desa guna mewujudkan pembangunan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. However, the support team became frightening, worrying because the actions of some supporters ignored cohesiveness. The supporting cohesion role is an inherent part of the entertainment side of a soccer match. The purpose of this study is to describe the dynamics of organizing Aremania cohesiveness. The research questions are as follows: 1) what aspects of Aremania cohesiveness are regulated, 2) the extent to which Aremania cohesiveness has been regulated, 3)how to strengthen Aremania cohesiveness is regulated. The qualitative approach chosen in this study, the type of research model, the study of phenomenology. Data collection was carried out using participant observation and in-depth structured interviews. Data validity test uses data triangulation which is divided into three namely technique, time and source. Field data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The research location is Bandungrejosari Subdistrict, Sukun Regency, Malang City. The results of the study, the cohesiveness of Aremania governed aspects of personality, interpersonal aspects and aspects of group performance. Aremania consistently transmits social cohesiveness, within groups, communities and regions. Cohesiveness through personality composition, interpersonal cohesiveness and the performance of the Aremania group. Aremana's individual diversity forms a personality composition within the team's cohesiveness and group performance. This encourages the emergence of community cohesion and group cohesiveness to work towards cohesiveness performance.

The research data were collected through interviews, observations and focus group discussions. The data analysis was obtained in a qualitative interactive manner using data reduction methods, data presentation and drawing conclusions, as well as verification. The results showed that the implementation of vocational education has an internal support system, namely the leadership commitment of UNNES, faculties and departments, the availability of learning facilities and infrastructure, the availability of curriculum, the availability of lecturers and educational staffs and the availability of budget. Background: Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, parents of infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Uni... more Background: Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, parents of infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) frequently reported high levels of stress, uncertainty, and decreased parenting confidence. Early research has demonstrated that parents have had less access to their infants in the hospital due to restrictions on parental presence secondary to the pandemic. It is unknown how parents have perceived their experiences in the NICU since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to describe the lived experience of parents who had an infant in the NICU in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic to inform healthcare providers and policy makers for future development of policies and care planning. Methods: The study design was a qualitative description of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on parents' experiences of having an infant in the NICU. Free-text responses to open-ended questions were collected as part of a multi-method study of parents' experiences of the NICU during the first six months of the pandemic. Participants from the United States were recruited using social media platforms between the months of May and July of 2020. Data were analyzed using a reflexive thematic approach. Findings: Free-text responses came from 169 parents from 38 different states in the United States. Three broad themes emerged from the analysis: (1) parents' NICU experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic were emotionally isolating and overwhelming, (2) policy changes restricting parental presence created disruptions to the family unit and limited family-centered care, and (3) interactions with NICU providers intensified or alleviated emotional distress felt by parents. A unifying theme of experiences of emotional distress attributed to COVID-19 circumstances ran through all three themes. Conclusions: Parents of infants in the NICU during the first six months of the COVID-19 pandemic experienced emotional struggles, feelings of isolation, lack of family-centered care, and deep disappointment with system-level decisions. Moving forward, parents need to be considered essential partners in the development of policies concerning care of and access to their infants.

Tobacco smoking significantly increases blood lactate. Here we conducted a counter-balanced crossover study to examine whether this effect is associated with inhaling nicotine or burned carbon particles. Fifteen male smokers (aged 23 to 26 years) were randomized into 3 inhalation conditions: tobacco smoking, nicotine vaping, and nicotine-free vaping, conducted two days apart. An electronic thermal evaporator (e-cigarette) was used for vaping. We have observed an increased blood lactate (+62%, main effect: p < 0.01) and a decreased blood glucose (−12%, main effect: p < 0.05) during thermal air inhalations regardless of the content delivered. Exercise-induced lactate accumulation and shuttle run performance were similar for the 3 inhalation conditions. The research objective was analyzing the application of conservation values in shaping the character of UNNES students. The study used qualitative approach and gained the informants from students in eight faculties. Data analysis was carried out about the conservation values, efforts to implement, and factors of obstacles. Conservation principles divided into protection, preservation and sustainable use of natural resources, environment, art and culture. UNNES develops eight conservation values, namely inspiring, humanistic, caring, innovative, sportsmanship, creative, honesty, justice. The conservation values are implemented for all academics, especially students. It can shape the personality of UNNES students. The data obtained from lectures, self-development activities, and relationships with peers. The personality of students is reflected in their daily-life. The character of student conservation is divided into four categories, namely: 100% becoming habit, 80% developed, 60% appeared, and 40% not yet seen.

Farmers choose to plant rice in the dry season because the results are better than the rainy season. The purpose of the research is to determine the survival strategies of paddy farmers in choosing plant species on agricultural land in the dry season. The research method uses qualitative methods, namely observation, triangulation, and in-depth interviews with farmers and farmer groups.
