Sins of Lust has been proving that for the last several years. Hailing from Atlanta, GA, Sins of Lust has been wreaking havoc on the music scene since the mid 90's. From hate to love, misery to bliss, apathy to lust... Their music is simply an expression of emotions.
Beginning with their first release, 'Taste of Sin', SOL spoke their minds about real-world issues such as rape, politics, religion and many other subjects considered taboo to most. Sins of Lust refused to limit themselves by adhering to the politics of society. The messages brought forth are nothing short of freedom of speech.
To put a genre label on this group is nearly impossible. Their influences include, but are not limited to David Bowie, Bauhaus, Pink Floyd, Nine Inch nails, Smashing Pumpkins, Motley Crue, and Lords of Acid.
This four piece mastermind has joined such acts as Godhead, The Misfits, Bella Morte, The Last Dance, Genitortures and GWAR.
Look for Sins of Lust's forthcoming sophomore release, titled 'Sex Cells'.
