Hey there! My name's Cosmo and I'm the superintendent of the Sketchy Apartments. There's lots of rooms free, so I'd love to have you move on in! Talk to you real soon.

Sketchy Apts. is a multi-fandom RP set in an apartment building populated only by animated characters. To join, simply reply to the application post on the main community.

Da Rules
1. Characters maintain any powers and abnormalities they may have had (such as wings or magical abilities), but should take some fairly human form.
2. All posts should go in the members community and be members-locked. Anything not members-locked is subject to deletion.
3. There is no limit to how many characters you can pick up.
4. To keep a character active, you must make a post for them at least once a month.
